I have gone to Wilson Tire for the past several years. They are the only ones I trust to put on tires. The whole crew there is amazing. They all work so hard, I always get excellent customer service there. Thank you for all your hard work!!!

Refused to plug a flat tire and coerced me to buy 4 new run flat tires. Had to give in since we were out of town and traveling. Beware of tactics and avoid if you can.

Awesome service, went there for my NH state vehicle inspection and was 2nd in a line (no appointments needed). They checked it under and hour and let us go. Matt was super helpful and informative, great business!

I don't know whether it's coincidence or not but two days after I got my car inspected there, one of my tires went flat because of a nail in it. The first nail I've gotten in a Tire in 10 years.

Sold us tire then refused to put them on because they were the wrong size and wouldn't refund our money

I must admit, I made a mistake by bringing my EV to this shop. Unfortunately, they have a strict policy and are unwilling to assist if there is any puncture in the sidewall. I feel that they quickly made a decision without thoroughly examining the issue. It would have been helpful if they had taken the time to inspect the foam inside the tire and locate the exact point where the nail was coming through. As a result, I ended up having to replace all four tires, which cost me a hefty $1500.Wilson is well aware of the challenges faced by EVs and yet chooses not to offer more cost-effective tire options. After sharing the picture online, I received an overwhelming response suggesting that the tire could have been patched, or at least an attempt on this one should have been made. I even took the picture to two other garages, and they both confirmed they would have attempted a repair (They were even closer to me than Wilson!). It's disappointing to realize that I chose a place that I believed would prioritize customer care, only to be let down. Here are a few suggestions I have for Wilson:Consider investing in a tread wear machine, as these are readily available. By wearing down the tread on a single tire, you could have saved me $1100. Given the growing popularity of EVs, it seems like a worthwhile investment to explore.Expand your tire inventory to include more affordable options. There are plenty of tires available in the $800-1200 price range at your distributors that are suitable for the EV I own. Which is the highest selling EV of all time...Make an effort to be more flexible and accommodating to your customers, especially when it comes to patching rules. It would be greatly appreciated if you could work with customers to find suitable solutions, rather than adhering to strict guidelines without exceptions.EDIT: Added photo of my puncture so others can gauge whether or not wilson will hit them with replacing all 4. In the end it looks like I could have and should have patched it myself.

If you have an EV don't take your car here. The shop refused to patch a tire indicating a sidewall issue. Immediately hit me with, "Too close to the side wall, its going to cost $1500 to replace all 4 tires" Less than 6 months on the tires...I had brought my regular car here for over 10 years and they had 0 issues patching punctures closer to the sidewall. A LOT CLOSER... Except for one... Which was literally on the side of the tire...This all started with a desperate call from me where I had a punctured tire and needed to get my children to school for a trip, and get to work for a class which I was teaching. I called Wilson in a panic because I have used this company so many times in the past. I explained my situation on the phone and said, "I thought the car should of had run flats, but I guess not" After he figures out what my car was... Without any sympathy at all for the situation I was in. The guy decides to go into what seemed a 10 minute tirade about how this car does NOT COME WITH RUN FLATS! After he finished I was like I still really need your help can I come in? He said come in, can't say for sure when you will be seen. (That made me feel great, been taking my car here 10 years, I am in an emergency, and this is how I am handled on the phone)BTW for those interested, the lot was 80% empty, it was EARLY in the morning. He could have said. Yes, come in we will take care of you. When everything was finished I asked the mechanic how bad was it? and I could tell in his response, "Man it was so close". That I had really just been taken advantage of. I was so upset I posted the puncture online and received overwhelming posts that they could have patched it. In the end, I would of happily signed a waiver taking all of the liability...After I had paid my hefty bill, the gentleman at the counter started going off about EV's and Vermont not realizing the cost of these tires... Well, my response to that is... You are a professional tire dealer. Why don't you have more of a selection of EV tires? It seems you are well ahead of VT in knowing that this needs to be done. Why not buy cost effective tires for people you KNOW will be in this situation, especially if you are going to be so STRICT about your guidelines for patching tires. There are plenty of tires in the $8-900 range that fit EV's of the same class. On Tirerack and other distributors Wilson Tire buys fromMy decision of going to Wilson instead of a local shop screwed me and I really feel that way. The way the guy went off on me on the phone about my tires not being "run flats" and how he talked about EV's at the front desk it is pretty clear that Wilson Tire does not like EV's, I would not take you EV car here if you can avoid it.

Nice tire shop but be aware that will not allow you to deviate on tire sizes beyond .03% from stock tire. I’ve been turned away on 3 different occasions just to have tires put on elsewhere for tires that are simply a 1/2” taller than stock.

If you value your time, take your business elsewhere. I was made to wait 2.5 hours to have snow tires put on. They don’t take appointments because it is inconvenient to them to manage. They clearly do not care or value the customer’s time, so take your business elsewhere.

They KNOW tires!! No, they don't take appointments, so yes, you'll have to wait. They have a shuttle, though, and the friendly driver will take you just about anywhere within the immediate area. Or hang out in the large waiting area, instead. And it's so WORTH it to have the peace of mind, knowing that your tires are the right fit for your vehicle, driving habits, and region.Keep in mind, though, if you live a distance: if you are having new tires put on, you'll need to go back after 50 miles to have the lug nuts tightened. A trip up 91North to King Arthur Flour and a little sightseeing before you head back to Wilson Tire just about does it. Just plan accordingly....

We was from Maryland. On our 10 days road trip with my sister. We was in wood stock area. Notice our tire had issues and needed replacement. We found out Wilson had it. Lucky us. They took me in. In a hour. We got it taken care. Thank you very much! We highly recommend it! they were very professional and the price was decent. Now we can enjoy our road trip with a peace in mind.

I drove in on a Saturday morning without an appointment. My car had persistently low tire pressure in one tire despite me having put air in the previous day. They were able to diagnose and solve the problem. I waited there for a little bit over one and a half hours while they were working on my car. Price was reasonable. Service was excellent. Would strongly recommend.

Great experience. Was quoted a higher price than was charged. Got my oil changed and tires rotated, among other things. Great customer service and took care of me immediately. I also appreciated honest feedback from the guy at the front desk, when I asked him about winter tires and he looked at mine and told me I didn’t really need it, and I could make it through winter. He could’ve said otherwise, and I wouldn’t have doubted him in the slightest. The place always has cars on the lot to work on but they still find time to address your concerns. For those who value customer service and honesty above all else, this is the place to go.
