“I have lived here in the residential tenant for about a year now, and will be signing for another year. This property is AWESOME!! The apartments have so much character, are new and modern looking. There is a fun little peninsula where we let the pups play, and I have made great friends here. I had some issues with noise when I first moved in due to construction, but management was prompt to rectify the situation and always have been with any issue that I have had.The location is great, right downtown with walking to everything. You have to deal with the occasional riff-raff around the skate park, but hey, such is life. Cant say enough good about this place!!”
“I ordered a Large Taro Milk Tea with Boba. Taro was really good, boba was a little chewy but still good.
I forgot to get the name of the lady who served me but she had a very beautiful smile.
I would be happy to order from here in the future.”
“Great location! There's fast food, a nail place, AutoZone, Ocean State Job lot, an awesome, non-profit thrift shop, and now they're putting in a Harbor Freight. They have just about everything you need.”

“Planet Fitness, Starbucks, Staples, Bootleggers and the Postal Center are the only businesses I have visited. Dry cleaners, pet store and tanning salon are located here. Chipotle and a Citizens Bank ? has moved in. Parking lot has been repaved within the last year and has survived the winter.Update: December 2023; Planet Fitness has been remodeled, an Evgo charging station has been added and Citizens Bank ? has an ATM ? in the parking lot.”

“Very clean Walmart, fully stocked shelves, too. Garden center was amazing and it spilled out into the parking lot with more flowers, plants, garden soil, etc. Friendly cashier, also.”
