“I met Adam about a week ago. His presentation was kind and courteous, and he gave a good handshake that should tell you enough. But I’ll be more specific. I had a fuel leak situation that I thought was fairly dangerous. He advised me based upon his experience as to what it might be or what it would be and gave me an estimate of the cost associated. My truck was in his shop within four days as promised, and he delivered it as promised exceedingly above and beyond any short notice service calls I have seen. Regardless, it’s very difficult to find quality mechanics these days and he is working it out. What impresses me the most about Adam is that he said what he was going to do. He gave me a price? He did what he said he was going to do and he stayed within five dollars or so within his estimate. I am very impressed and if you need quality repairs done to any of your vehicles, make sure you contact Adam and tell him I sent you”
“I’m new to the area and had what I suspected to be a leak in one of my tires. Someone recommended I come here and I understand why! They were able to get me in same day and quickly repaired the tire in less than an hour and didn’t even charge me! Everyone was kind and the waiting area was comfortable and very clean. They even have a screen where you can see the work being done on your car…clearly showing they have nothing to hide. It can be difficult to find a place like this committed to doing the right thing but this place obviously does. Would highly recommend them to anyone!”

“Overall my experience was positive once I was in the office handing the team my keys. However, don’t use the customer service line! I initially called and spoke to someone who told me they could get me in same day at another location nearby (Hampton) since the Stratham location couldn’t do the muffler job I needed that afternoon. When I showed up to the Hampton location, they had no idea what I was talking about and told me they couldn’t even do weld jobs for a month. The gentleman there even told me it made sense once I mentioned I talked to the customer service line - clearly there are significant communication issues between that line and the actual shops.”

“Owned a 2013 Focus for 12 yrs. - went in for the free tire pressure checks and complimentary fill-only 33 k mi. on my new tires. Traded my Ford Focus, bought a new 2025 Nissan last Dec. now under 2 k. mi. had the tires rotated and alignment. When the time is right Sullivan will be my tire dealer. I was able to mention Dover share fund, (there for asking) and the Federal emissions warranty which covers catalytic converters for 8 years. Comprehensive insurance policies covers any mice damage - I spotted maple keys on the engine. Dryer sheets, peppermint are natural controls. New hotel where BK was and a new McDonalds in front of Hannafords compliment Dover building expansion. I learned from another Dealer in town Motorcraft oil filters leak when installed on a Nissan. Very wary of fluid leaks after the Ford, peace of mind restored, confident in my ride.”

“Made themselves available to check the tire pressure on my class c rv the same day I called in. They informed me that the parts (valve extenders/soft stem pressure gauge) I was instructed to purchase from camping world were not at all what I needed and gave me an easier/faster/less expensive solution. The gentleman helping me took the time to show me how to get to the valve stem on the interior dually tire (again debunking the info I got from camping world). Felt like they really cared and were genuinely helpful. In and out in 20 minutes.”
