Chris L. works in the deli and always cuts my meat and cheese perfectly. He even gives me ideas of new things to try. So far he has been spot on with everything. He also is very nice. I look forward going in to Price Chopper to see what he has for suggestions for me!

Lincoln NH- My husband and I cannot believe what just happened in this store. We are camping in Lincoln NH and we are from Virginia. I was born raised in Maine then lived 10 years in NH before moving to Virginia. We were buying groceries along with a 6 pack of beer ( even though I am 65 and my husband is 67 ) I know I still have to show my ID-every state requires. Anyways, because my husband did not have his ID on him the lady would not sell us the beer. She stated it was a NH law and that everyone in the party must show an ID. I have never heard of such a thing!! and I couldn't find it when I googled it. what the hell people.

Before I forget - Jean S. She was fantastic. My wife and I were out late, vacationing in the area and had a need for a styrofoam cooler or similar. We stopped in to our nearby Price Chopper and approached Jean S with our request. As she was about to help, another customer, exceedingly rude and probably smelly, with long, brown, curly teeth, jumped right in front of her demanding chocolate sauce. Without even a blink, Jean S told her “Aisle 4”, and pointed in the appropriate direction. This clear, concise answer seemed to confuse the suspected Bostonian, who did a little hop and blurted out “Chocolate sauce! Where is it!?!?” Again, Jean S said “Aisle 4”, pointing toward Aisle 4. The second attempt seemed to have been comprehended, and the customer bounded away to seek out her cocoa quarry. Jean gave us an apologetic look and directed us to where the coolers should be if they were still in stock. We ended up with a nicer cooler than we started looking for, and Price Chopper certainly lived up to the name. With the end of summer close out on our item, we got a substantial discount and we were very pleased with our purchase. We even got to have Jean S check us out. Nice lady. Good customer service. I’d encourage Price Chopper management to give Jean whatever kudos they give to recognize excellence in their workforce. Maybe flowers or balloons, a parade, or a LARGE LUMP SUM OF CASH. Any of those would be good. Here’s the cooler we got. Thanks, Jean!

Patricia (employee who was off the clock and in line behind me at self-checkout) ran out of the store after checkout to accuse me of stealing. She let me off after I showed her my receipt. As I was walking back to my car, she cut in front of me in her car and shouted from inside “go back to where you came from” and “we don’t care about your people.”In shock of what just happened, I waited in the car while my good friend went in to talk to the manager. He spoke with Michelle (customer service team leader) who defended her blatantly racist employee, Patricia, by saying “she probably meant go back to your state” and “she probably just had a long day…” As if an 8 hour shift excused her racist behavior. It’s been a week since my friend posted a review and he has yet to get a response from Price Chopper, even though more recent reviews have been addressed. Do better.

Very disappointed with the staff here. Patricia & Michelle (her manager), employees at the Lincoln, NH location were blatantly racist and told my good friend to “go back to where you’re from” and that “we don’t care about your people here.” They proceeded to then accuse us of stealing… after checking the receipt, they agreed we had not done so. Disgusting behavior. Do better you racist fools.Wishing Patricia nothing but the worst!

Very compact grocery store, but with all the essentials. Very busy on Saturday night around 6pm. Difficult to move in the small place with all the people and huge lines that blocked the shopping aisles. Choose a quieter time to shop if you can

This company is a joke! Store #004 (Lincoln) has a cashier/ATL who is stealing items, putting her hands on other employees (unwanted physical contact), has made multiple comments and remarks to customers and other workers about other employees who have disabilities, has allowed her friends to walk out of the store with unpaid merchandise, via using self scan, and has allowed multiple heavily intoxicated customers to purchase more alcohol. Multiple employees have written statements stating that this employee is doing such things, multiple customers have left reviews, one of which even called her out by name (though unfortunately spelled her name wrong). And yet MONTHS have gone by and this cashier/ATL is still working there, causing a massive hostile work environment, and an uncomfortable shopping experience for many customers. One employee has also even contacted the Dept of Labor and filed a formal complaint. Yet nothing seems to be being done about this employee. Yet the store mangers and higher ups have done absolutely nothing to remove this toxic employee. When does the bullying, thieving, discrimination, abuse -physical, mental and emotional stop?

Still having issues with unprofessional management and cashiers , Now I blame it on corporate, you ask for feed back then say we will share this with the correct teams . however the same thing is still happening to customers. Not good business . I now know why your associates and management are they way they areIf you as corporate set the stage then you won't have these issues. Just some advice from a former assistant manager from another company. Good luck

Great store and a friendly staff. Meats are fresh and plentiful. The produce is also very good. Excellent deli too. There are many beer and wine choices for your needs. Prices and parking are good. Oh, and it's open 24 hours, so it is very convenient.
