If you're into good, old fashioned weight training or cardio, this place is AMAZING!. State of the art equipment including Rogue power racks and all the trimmings, brand new nautilus machines and cardio machines with programs that take you on adventures all over the world. For non-locals, you can't beat the price. $15 for a day pass or $35 for a week. Plus a pool and a rock climbing gym all in the same building. You will not be disappointed.

It's too bad I have post a negative review, as my children have always enjoyed going to open gym. Until our recent experience where an employee decided to put his hand on my 6 year olds head and yell at him calling him a little p**** and then told him to lay down!!! Tried to report to a manager but no one even offered an apology. There is nothing that can be done legally because there was a cultural difference and is a "mis-understanding". My advise, don't look away from your child for even five minutes. Spend the extra money and go to Sky zone, bigger and better with fun, safe staff!

Been participating in CF for a month now. The coaches have been fantastic and have provided me modifications so I can actually do the workouts, but still be challenged. The members have been welcoming and supportive, I haven't felt intimidated even though their fitness levels greatly surpass mine. The facility is what a gym should be, a place where you can enjoy yourself, get a good workout and not feel intimidated. It's a place where you can and will sweat, not a fufu gym. It's nice to see people of all ages and fitness levels being able to participate.

Hands down the worst gym I've ever been to. The pics speak for themselves, but the staff is even worse! Jay and Nancy are a disgrace to the community, and epitomize small town drama. The pool is always full of scum, there was a PILE of feces in the shower, there's dirt and dust on all of their torn up, taped equipment, members are constantly tripping on the uneven floor mats; these people clearly only focus on the gymnastics portion of this facility. I tried their crossfit classes, and it's NOT what the sport is about, which is why so many people get hurt there (including one of the owners) In case all of this wasn't enough-I was followed home by a member and assaulted. Of course I filed a police report, but felt it would be courteous to tell the owners that they have a member targeting females. They said 'ok, thanks for letting us know'. 5 mins later the police call me to inform me that the gym isn't liable for what happened. WTF?!?! They were more worried about covering their butts than their members' safety! If you're looking for a local gym I would suggest Fitness Authority in Littleton (also has 24 hour access) or Always Fit Athletic Club in Woodsville, which has more equipment and space than this one. I feel so bad for everyone who had lost their passion in fitness because of this disgusting facility.

This is not the worst fitness center (according to people who have had experience at other fitness centers in the area), but a major problem is the workout area which contains rowing machines, treadmills, free weights and Nautilus - type machines (not Nautilus, but kind of old, clunky Paramount machines). It is situated on the 2nd floor above the heated pool area and there is NO AIR CONDITIONING, just a few small, ineffective, cheap fans scattered about the large space. I have been a member since the beginning of the summer (It's now September) and despite repeated inquiries nothing has been done about it. It is impossible to work out there during the day with the combination of the hot, moist air coming from below as well as from outside. Even in the dead of night (there is 24-hour access) it's still too hot to do a full workout. Mentioning the obvious safety hazards (hyperthermia) of working out in such conditions falls on deaf ears when speaking to management. The owner cavalierly stated that sweating profusely is an added bonus. I'll give this 2 stars because the staff behind the desk are at least pleasant. This facility may be OK for anyone not interested in the workout rooms.
