I would like to do a shout out to the company to their quick response to a dilemma at our condo association. It was on Sunday and their response time was excellent. They trouble shot the problem and spent two straight days pumping out 3 3500 gallon loads of waste and also repaired two major problems. They deserve top Kudos for their efforts Thanks Bob V

The gentleman that came was nice enough. But he decided it was a great idea to smoke a cigarette while pumping our septic. I don’t appreciate smelling cigarette smoke on top of the inevitable smell of septic. Updating to include it’s not necessarily that I don’t recommend them, just wish they wouldn’t smoke on the job.

Reached out for emergency septic pump out and they were very unprofessional and not hungry for business. They said “we have other regular customers we need to service.” If you need immediate service ... it’s best to move on to a more professional venue.
