    I can honestly say that this entire team cares about the customer. Courtney in the service department and the technicians who came rushing to help were just amazing people and i am WOWED by the dedication. THANK YOU!!! Customer for life.

    We no longer use Amerigas. The customer service is terrible. The vast majority of their customer service representatives speak English as a second language and most are impossible to understand. They do not service any appliances. They only deliver fuel and then only if your driveway is completely empty.

    We prepaid for propane and have a positive balance yet late fees keep accruing to account. Each time we call, we have been told that the bill has been fixed only to see another late fee tacked onto the account. Extremely disappointed with service. Would give zero stars if we could.
