This shop was great. The owner was super helpful in getting my car inspected and after getting new tires put on my vehicle by another shop they had messed up my wheel studs and lug nuts. The mechanics fixed the problem within an hour and only charged me parts! 10/10 would recommend!

Go there for them to replace exhaust on my dads car aroun 500 or 700 dollars i get under the car a few days later to take a heat sheild off that the bolts rusted off and was rattling loud to see they cut off the muffler and welded a used one on when we paid for a whole new exhaust system

Toss up between his wife or withdrawal not sure what the fellas problem was when answering the phone. Super unhelpful and seems like they don’t want business. I called two other businesses who had the answer. I suppose thinking is too hard for whoever picked up. Sad that I have to go with a commercial place now. I’d give zero if I could.

They lie and say work needs to be done that doesn’t. Went there for an inspection and was told the brakes needed to be fixed. Had my mechanic dad do them. Went back to get the sticker and was told it was a half done job and needed new rotors. I took offense to this as my dad knows what he’s doing. I took it to T and C auto for a 2nd opinion, and had no issues getting my sticker. I will be going to them from now on.

Pretty shocked at the call I just had with this guy at this place. I was recommended to call them and the guy was short on them phone and incredibly rude. I am stranded on vacation and called them up to see if they could help with a truck issue I’m having. Upon listening to what was going on the guy abruptly stated “we don’t do that, thanks bye” and hung up. Any place willing to treat someone like that right off the bat I would avoid 100%.

My girlfriend took her van there today to get an oil change then when she goes to get in the car to start it none of the electronics in the car work and the worker there Toby gives us a super attitude and says that it’s not his fault that he didn’t do it and then just walks off. This van is an 09 and has never had any electrical issues in till bringing it there. They obviously try to take a vantage of her and messed with the car so they could get more money. This place seems a little shady, I won't be getting further work done here. I came in to pay for my undercoat on my brand new 2022. She quoted me $150. I said the sign outside says $99. She says it starts at $99 and costs more for a bigger vehicle. I said ma'am I have a two door mini Cooper. Still I paid $125, they did what I asked and sprayed oil under my car. But they also sprayed my breaks and my car Will not stop like it did before. I figured it would burn off or something but it's a week later and I still can't stop very well and smells like burning oil when I break hard.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been taking our vehicles here since we moved to Littleton about 10 years ago. We couldn't be happier with the friendly accommodating service in a very timely manner and at a very fair price. 5 stars for sure and I highly recommend Arrow Express lube.Services: A/C installation & repair
