“after what seemed to be some confusion about my appointment date and time a few days prior when i called to confirm... i came in a few minutes before my time, was greeted and began having my information taken by chris. the place is very busy but i was given ample time when relaying information and having parts and repair process explained to me. chris was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. i didn't feel pushed into getting something done "now" or brushed off when i told him i had to postpone my next appointment.chris was able to price out and provide me with a plan of action to get my vehicle in better shape.went in for an oil change that was fast and professional and came out with a better understanding of what needs to be done.excellent place.”

Also they always have it done same or next day even when they're busy. We wouldn't take our tires anywhere else.”

They help me in my time of need when my truck broke down on my trip down in New Hampsire.I got my truck towed in at night after an engine failure on the highway. The next morning, we talked it over and even if they had other work lined up, they decided to get out of their way to get my truck into the shop, order the parts and within 48 hours, I was back on the road.Without them, my whole trip would've been a nightmare. I was lucky to find this dealer.”
“On the road in our RV and discovered we were leaking. A quick Google search led us to Granite. Pulled in about 4:30 to see if they could diagnose the problem and advise us. They did and within the hour had us fixed and on our way. Fortunately it was an easy problem of a broken hose clamp, but with the quick attention and willingness to stay a little late they put a couple of retirees and new RV' ers at ease.Steve was fantastic and Karin most understanding. “I called the Rolling Mechanic at 11:30 this morning because my car has been making a noise that's been getting a lot louder and I'm planning to visit my daughter tomorrow, who lives several hours away. He told me he would try to take a look at it between appointments if I could drop it off at 1:00. At 2:30 he called me and correctly diagnosed the problem I had suspected, and said that he had rearranged his schedule and would have my car fixed by 5pm! This is surely a first in my many years of car ownership and I can't recommend him highly enough!”
