“I walked in with long, damaged, over-processed hair wanting to lop it short so it could grow back healthy, as I thought that was the only solution. Kate gave me several options, one of which was salvaging the length by color balancing - which was way harder and more time consuming for her on a busy Saturday than just chopping it off - and we went with that. She matched the color PERFECTLY; it looks uncannily like my natural color. I love it and am delighted. Additionally, Kate is a beyond fabulous human being; brilliant, funny, astute, and kind.
