I thought last years service sucked, this year is even worse. I've rented from here for the lat 5 years for a Christmas trip to Maine and NEVER had a problem until last year and this year. Last year pressure me to get there ASAP. This year I didn't even get a car because of a police change. Something that was never a problem in years past. All the other times I've rented it wasn't a problem and now this year it is. I'm stuck with no car, my wife and kid are crying because of it and there's nothing I can do about it. We go to Maine because my wife's parents are to old and feeble to drive themselves. Turns out this may be their last Christmas alive and we can't be there with them. Tried to explain this to Bevis and Butthead at the office and they kept saying "policy. Our policy says we cant" but it's NEVER been a problem before. Now it is. ENTERPRISE, your policy sucks.

Rental and return went fine. We left a handy capped placard over the visor and tried to talk to the person on duty all day 9/1 and 9/5 with no success. No answer and mailbox full both days. Enterprise home office couldn't get him either.

Chris has landed in the Littleton, NH office . . . . and it is a good thing!I received a call from Chris at least 24 hours before my scheduled pickup to be informed of a possible availability issue with my reservation. At the end, he was able to resolve the issue and secured my rental in a timely manner.I believe both Chris and Thomas are the perfect TAG TEAM for the Littleton, NH branch.

We rented a car to go to the State Special Olympics. They were very polite, friendly, helpful and professional. They were even able to pick me up to get the rental car.. I highly recommend this Littleton office and will rent again in the future

A dirty office and old cars. They do not care what you reserved. You will drive what they give you, or walk home. I will never rent from Enterprise again after my experience at this location.

We had rented a car from another enterprise office in Vermont and discovered a strong vibration due to mud-packed tires. We were hoping to switch to a more manageable ride. Shawn(Shaun?) was out of cars but totally stepped up and got us in to the local tire place to get the rims cleaned out and get us back on the road!

I’d give minus 10 if I could.Rented a car, got dropped off, just so I could be told there are no cars available. Huge shock. No way to get to work, or home. Guy didn’t even apologize, basically put the blame on me saying I booked it this morning. Not only that, I’m currently standing next to a man who is dealing with the same issue, made a reservation now stuck with no ride. Terrible awful service. I’d rather call off work than deal with them again

I can not say enough kind things about Shawn, the front desk gentleman at Littleton Enterprise. He was so kind as I set up my rental and when I had issues as it was an insurance claim rental he helped me every step of the way with a smile on his face. The insurance company was being less than pleasant and he still spoke kindly back to them as well as myself. I would highly recommend this rental company.

Not a great experience with this location. I was on vacation in Vermont for Thanksgiving and reserved a full size truck, F150, and when I arrived they did not have any full sized trucks. I was put in a Nissan Frontier, which is a very small truck, with a spare tire and rim on it as well. I asked if I would be getting a discount for this and was told yes, but did not receive any discount I paid the same price as the full sized truck was going to cost me. They also said since I was using a debit card it would be a 20% deposit which would have been about 200 dollars I believe, and they withdrew $500 from my account for the deposit. As the week went on I realized that the heat did not work in the truck unless you had the gas pedal pressed, not great while in snow, and when I tried calling the location I couldn't not get through or get a call back, ever. Returned the truck in Boston at the airport, where they also filed an accident report on me for the spare tire and rim, which was on the truck when I picked it up. I have tried to get help with this a few times now to no avail and it's very disappointing as I travel for work and use enterprise almost always above other rental agencies. I have not used them since, but if it were to be finally recognized and dealt with I would again.

I’ve used this location several times. Never had an issue. If there is a car availability issue they call me a day earlier. Cars are always clean and I’m usually on my way within 5 minutes. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

I went here last year had no problems but what they ask from u now is insane... Current Bill witch I have my bills isn't due until the 25th so it says past due..when it's not.. so then you need credit card .. don't have one don't like them.. drivers licence I have.. so before it was licence bank card good... Now it's current Bill credit card licence
