10/2024: since my negative review in March I have noticed several changes for the better at Home Depot; firstly nothing is blocking the on-line-pick-up lockers, service has felt better and the aisles are less cluttered; I definitely prefer the Home Depot in Littleton to the Lowes in Littleton.

3/25/24: I went to pick up an online order, they have electric wheelchairs charging in front of the location to put in your pin so you can get your merchandise out of the locker.
Staff was not helpful, although the store was almost empty, every time I saw someone they started walking away to go and talk to another staff person .. it's not easy finding things, maybe they could have a couple people at the door to help people find things, maybe when staff sees a customer they can ask if they need help ... So I dropped my score to 4-stars.
Well organized and stocked.
Very helpful staff, especially Stephen G. In the appliance department; he was above and beyond; we appreciated his help, time and expertise!
We had a washer and dryer delivered and it was perfect; Zack and Sebastian were awesome; they loaded the 2 machines exactly how we wanted them with diligence and care and they gave us instructions on how to run them (run the drier for 1 hour to burn off manufacturing fumes) and they started it prior to leaving. Really excellent service!
... Pretty messy aisles ...

Called store trying to ask a question. Automated answering machine. Then I let it ring for ten minutes trying to get a person. Apparently no one knows how to answer the phone down there unless they are standing in front of you trying there best not to do there jobs.

Terrible customer service after 15 years of being a loyal customer…
To upper management at the corporate office…
I cannot tell you how terrible my experience was with Home Depot in Littleton, New Hampshire today…I was a given delivery date on some wood pellets … I took the day off from work and received several emails that my order was out for delivery…15 minutes before the order arrived I got an email 1/4 pallets of pellets were being delivered. The driver came, struggled to get 1 pallet of pellets of the truck and tore up my grass while doing so…I called the store, got the run around from customer service, waited on the phone for more than 15 minutes and never spoke with anyone.l drove to the store and requested to speak with a manager in person after being told how short staffed the store is and how I wasn’t the only unhappy customer with the delivery service.. Well how about fixing the issues!!!!???All I needed was to be contacted about my order so I could have went to work .Now I’ll have to take another day off to get the rest of my order as I will be present when the driver drops off my order. I was very angry when one of the associates suggested I could go elsewhere.. well next year I will!!!.If this store continues to treat customers this way, they might find themselves out of business! I don’t want any compensation, just to be treated with respect & common courtesy! Something that seems to be lacking at this place of business!

Purchased a shower unit in Concord, given wrong parts. Littleton store would not give me credit for return, even though I had receipt & Pro Card. Supervisor not helpful.
