Very helpful staff, and a great place to shop for miscellaneous tools and shop supplies. No need to pay full retail price at Home Depot for gloves, hardware, shop towels, tarps, etc when they are all made in China regardless.

Went into Harbor Freight looking for a tool for my boyfriend not having a clue what I was looking for. Only knew the name he told me. Dave, an employee there saw me looking confused and offered to help me. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Helped me out with finding what I was looking for. 10/10 would go there again.
