“Eastern states compounding pharmacy has been providing a compounded medication for my cat for quite some time. Recently my cat passed away and the following day I noticed that eastern states had, as requested, put through an automatic payment for her medication which was being sent out. I promptly called them however was only able to leave a voicemail. I related that my cat had died, my appreciation for them and requesting to be refunded the money for the medication. I received a phone call later on in the day from a courteous and kind woman who said that my request would be fulfilled. A week later I received a note in the mail from Eastern States sending their sympathy on the passing of my cat. This is never happened with any company ever before. I was amazed and heartened. Thank you all at eastern states compounding pharmacy”

“I transferred from Walgreens and North Country Pharmacy after terrible service. A+++ Walmart. The Pharmacist’s are so helpful, knowledgeable, go above and beyond! I rarely wait longer than 5 to 10 minutes if other customers are ahead of me. It’s rare if the prescription isn’t ready when I get there. Customer service is exceptional! I wish they had a drive thru and a comfortable wait area. I have had Covid vaccination’s at Walmart with exceptional service!!!Turn over of Receptionist’s is a negative.”

But Dr.Krat after being traumatized as a kid the first adult tooth I had pulled went very well.. last weeks did not go well as they tried putting me with another dr and it just made me feel scared I have trust issues as is and clearly am terrified of the dentist or my teeth wouldn’t be so bad... I’m pleased to go here for my dental help though they are a good staff and care about their patients. ?”
