“I have been a Stiles Fuel customer for 9 years and I've always had very positive experiences. Since they were absorbed into Superior Propane Plus I couldn't help but wonder how it would effect the service. Well, today I found out. We had lost heat and they sent a guy out of Perry's Oil & Patten Gas out of North Haverhill. Ed was great. He replaced the broken part but still nothing. My son-in-law had installed a "Smart Thermostat" last month that I had purchased at Home Cheapo. Turns out it was also defective. Ed replaced that for me as well. He was very efficient and thorough. I guess the size of the company doesn't matter, you're only as good as your people.Thank-you again for my continued excellent service.”
