I'll keep this quick and to the point. I want to thank Angus for his professional attitude going above and beyond to help and make a customer feel comfortable and that u are welcomed there. I can not say that about other sales reps in that store. They should get some tips on how to interact with customers. I understand some customers can be difficult but that shouldn't affect ur professional attitude at work. ?thanks again Angus, u are a bright spot in that store, only reason I keep coming .

I would give zero stars if I could. We have a laptop that we plan on returning. We have only had it a couple weeks and no longer need it. I haven’t had the chance to come to the store yet to return it. (Although I have told her multiple times that I plan on doing so.) Today, while my son was home alone, the store manager, Kylie Ann, slammed on my door and screamed for atleast 10 minutes demanding he open and return the laptop. I have a couch through them as well and have been a customer that always pays. The harassment (Minimum of 5 phone calls, voicemails and 2-3 text messages a day and now slamming non stop on my door and screaming throughout my apartment building.) Absolutely horrible customer service. She should not be in a management role, my ring camera footage can prove it.

Past experiences were less than satisfactory but I decided to give it one more try. I haven’t received the item I ordered yet and already experiencing issues. Regret this decision already. This will be my absolute last time making any purchases with rent a center.

My experience has always been good. They have a wide variety of goods available in store. If there is something your looking for and can't immediately buy its great in a pinch. Your dryer kick the bucket and you don't get paid for another 2 weeks. Rent a center has you. A word on the uses of these type of stores. Budget, yes the prices are high. That is in part because of the way the margins are. Yes your going to pay 2000 dollars for a 600 dollar TV over the course of your contract. If you think it's robbery save your money and buy what you want.

Good customer service. The second washer is working good. It did take a long time to receive the second washer though. The first one did not work and they asked for a payment before we even got one that worked. I want to know why my bill is $95
