I was making a "Happy Return" today. I hadn't made one before. Desera (name tag) made it easy. She then helped me shred my documents. The shredder was hidden behind UPS returns so she climbed over them and shred them for me. This was at the Littleton, NH store. I don't think I've spelled her name correct but it's similar.I was very impressed with her. Susan P.

I was sending out a Christmas package and they were very helpful in selecting the right box, peanuts to fill the empty space to protect the package and boxed it up and shipped it for me.

Kind of like a ghost town. Understaffing makes it difficult to find help and even, sometimes, a challenge just to check out.

Apparently, there is no dress code to work here anymore. It would be nice if the staff all were identifiable and didn't blend in. Staff don't seem to know if something is in stock or not and it takes them forever to figure it out. On multiple occasions I have gone in to pickup something that is said online to be in stock, but the employees tell me its out of stock only for me to go find it myself on the shelf. Overall a lack luster store.

I was in the market for a new laptop and the employee Christian who was from the North Conway store was a great help. He was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about computers. We had a nice chat and he directed me to a laptop that would suit my needs. Unfortunately it wasn't in stock but they had one at another store. i would've loved to buy from him. Christian is a great employee.

Employees harass you to buy ridiculously priced warranties for everything because the company doesn’t make money on the actual product. Employees NEVER look happy. I almost gave 2 stars because Alex at the tech desk is amazing every time I go in there. However, I can’t get past how awful the other managers are and how badly this company seems to treat their employees as a whole.

Last time I was there, one guy was running the whole show on a Monday morning . He was saying he could make more at McDs and be less swamped. Folks are not trained on every part of the store. If you come at the wrong time grown people can’t use certain systems. Hopefully, corporate will cross train and offer some hiring incentives.

Went to the store on meadow st. In Littleton NH to make a return to Amazon. Amazon was great and even posted a pic of the sign for UPS shipping stations! Staples has this sign! I was turned away as “we don’t do that”!! Makes me wonder if I would get the same answer for a Staples warranty!
