Friendly staff but even with BOGO you’re paying more than on Amazon.

More men's selection than womens, and I didn't see anything above a size 10 for women (and very, very few size 10's). Aisles are narrow and it felt cramped in there. Not a bad selection if you have smaller feet.

We had a great experience with Betsy who helped us with our return/exchange of Mens Boots. We had an issue with them and she kindly helped us figure out a solution. Betsy has great customer service skills and seemed very knowledgeable in the products sold in the store. Thank you!
