This was our first stop during our DIY bedroom renovation. They had everything we needed. The staff was exceptionally helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for, for our two pocket doors, trim, paint, studs, paneling, spackle, flooring, you name it. They even went above and beyond to help me with a return, as some of the trim peices I purchased were so warped I could not use them, and I had even lost the receipt. I don't know what the man's name was at customer service, but I felt like hugging him after got the return accomplished.

I needed something off the top shelf. Asked for help from an employee roaming the store and he told me it would take 10 minutes. About 20 minutes pass and I go to customer service. Service desk had no idea what I was talking about. So the service desk begins to again ask someone to come help me. They again tell me it will be 10 minutes. Another 40 minutes pass. Had to ask a third time. Then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes. I waited a total of an hour and 20 minutes for help. I would have just left but I needed the product and the closest other store that sold it was far. I understand short staffing, and being busy. (The store was not busy btw) But this seemed as though it was just a clear lack of communication. No one seemed to really care I was waiting. Stood near the service desk and no one would even make eye contacts with me. The man who did end up helping me did not even apologize, nothing. I do give props to one employee who really vouched for me on the third time. but this was just ridiculous. I never write reviews but just a fair warning if you need help at this store be prepared to wait a while. Not to mention I had my thanksgiving groceries sitting in the car. Extremely frustrating.

Like a ghost town at 6pm on a weeknight. Could have used some help on an aisle, but the few employees we say walked right by or were all chatting with each other. Thank God for the app!

My water pressure tank failed so I went to Home Depot in Littleton for a replacement tank. JIM helped me find everything I needed to plum up the new tank in just 1 trip to the store! Thank god for JIM! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!

Over the last 5 years I have spent probably $10,000 at this location. Not anymore. Selection is horrible. Wood is warped, damaged, and no stock. Aisles are half full of merchandise not put away. Worst part is customer service and conduct by associates. They are for the most part rude, self-centered, discourteous, and predujical. Unless you look like a local or they know you are they will treat you like you don’t matter. I will drive the extra 180 miles to shop in the Tilton store where it is fully stocked and there is a base level of customer skills:

Well organized and stocked.Very helpful staff, especially Stephen G. In the appliance department; he was above and beyond; we appreciated his help, time and expertise!We had a washer and dryer delivered and it was perfect; Zack and Sebastian were awesome; they loaded the 2 machines exactly how we wanted them with diligence and care and they gave us instructions on how to run them (run the drier for 1 hour to burn off manufacturing fumes) and they started it prior to leaving. Really excellent service!... Pretty messy aisles ...

Nothing EVER goes right when you order from them! Ordered Trex decking on May25, said it would be delivered in 8-10 days for my contractor to build small porch. Called June 5th and said supply chain issue. Supervisor was suppose to call back the next day and didn't. Called again and was told it may be here 3rd week of July! Won't refund money when my contractor requested to cancel so stuck using them!

Good luck calling them they will never answer. Too many times the website says they have something in stock, you drive all the way there and it’s not. So you try to call ahead but never actually get to talk to anyone so you can’t confirm availability before making the trip. But in person service is good.

I called the littleton store on information about Veteran discounts, the rude woman on the phone told me I had to use an "app". I asked her why I just cannot use my VA card and Drivers License like Lowes does, she said "This is Home Depot, not Lowes", she needs a course on customer service. I will continue shopping at Lowes.

Friendliest and most helpful HomeDepot I've ever been to. I've never been to a HomeDepot where an associate offers to help a couple of minutes into looking for something, you usually have to chase down someone at other locations. Cashiers are also waiting to help you check out. I'd vote this the #1 HomeDepot in the country.

BOYCOTT LOWES!!! (See update below)I had the absolute worst experience today at Lowe’s Customer Service Department today, Mother’s Day. Not an isolated experience, it has happened many times in the past. Sarcastic, rude, mean. I left in tears and they said sarcastically “ Have a happy Mother’s Day!” Never received that service behavior at Home Department. Will never step foot again in Lowe’s!05/18/23 UPDATE: I have been in Home Depot Garden Dept. several times. A employee “Lisa” was so kind, helpful and friendly definitely an asset at Home Depot. While walking through the store to find a specific gasket I was approached by 6 employees asking if they could help me find what I needed. That actually astonished me!Never did that happen in Lowe’s!!!!!!They are trained well and it shows. Great Customer service will make or break a business. Home Depot is less expensive and has the best customer service than Lowe’s! Thanks Home Depot! Nice Job!

Couldn't get one part of my online order right, cancelled parts of it for no reason, then sold my ALREADY PULLED items to someone else.NOT ONE penny of this remodel is being spent with you now.YOU LOST OVER $40k.GOOD JOB!!! EXCELLENT JOB!You also lost a customer, and i will be sure to tell anyone i can to no shop here.Isn't consumerism GREAT NOW!!!

I can't thank Steve enough in appliance. My daughter just bought her first home and my husband and I came from Wisconsin to help her with some home repairs. Steve went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for repairs. He knows so much in so many areas and gave us some good ideas.
