The pharmacy needs to stagger their employees lunch so that it is open continuously. Very inconvenient if you have to pick up a prescription ASAP.

I transferred from Walgreens and North Country Pharmacy after terrible service. A+++ Walmart. The Pharmacist’s are so helpful, knowledgeable, go above and beyond! I rarely wait longer than 5 to 10 minutes if other customers are ahead of me. It’s rare if the prescription isn’t ready when I get there. Customer service is exceptional! I wish they had a drive thru and a comfortable wait area. I have had Covid vaccination’s at Walmart with exceptional service!!!Turn over of Receptionist’s is a negative.

Pharmacy staff especially Adam very rude and un accommodating. Elderly Friend was given wrong diabetic needles and was told it was right and it cost way above and beyond what it should have ($50+ instead of $4). She asked at the counter because it looked different and was told that it was correct. Got hime and couldnt use the needels because they werent the right ones. She called to return product and get correct one, which they now had ready for her, and was told they don't accept returns but would this one time to fix the mistake. I got there at 1: 30 the next day and was the only person line besides the lady at the register. They started closing the gate on me an when I spoke to ADAM, I was told by making him stay past 130, even a minute over his lunch break, it was against Federal Law.(which it isn't) and instead of taking care of what should have been a quick transaction, made me wait around for a half hour. I went bring it back, and ADAM refused to take it back, told me that there is no way she had called because he was there at the hour she called, and he wouldn't have told her. When I told him i didnt appreciate being called a liar, he told me that it's HIS pharmacy and might not have been the one to answer the phone, but he wouldn't have allowed it. I told him that the employee who answered the phone did tell her this, that's why I am here returning this product. Again he refused, but he had no problem selling me the new needles. This is not how you should be taking care of your guests/ the elderly. Go any where else for your needs... this is not the first headache we have experienced using this pharmacy, and will be taking our business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service by counter people. They didn't have my script ready and was told to go to another window. At that second window, they didn't know why I was there. I said, I didn't know, and that the other lady directed me to her. The evening before, I was told they would contact my insurance for authorization. The next day I discovered it had not been done and had to wait for it to be done. There was no thank you, no please, no smiles, no have a good day. They were short and seemed bothered by everything I asked. The only positive note was the pharmacist, Phoebe (I think). She was pleasant, seemed like she genuinely cared, and smiled. Thanks, Phoebe! Get some new customer-friendly front counter staff!

Only been here a while and I've had to stop here multiple times. I can never find anything from day to day, as the locations consistently change. Store is a mess, and staff is never pleasant by any means.

Lived in the North Country many years, so I have been here often. Staff is horrible. Unhelpful and unfriendly, it is hard to find someone who knows what your looking for let alone even help you. Prices are fair in most cases, but being local you will be surprised to find you can sometimes find walmarts *discount prices* cheaper at local stores. Quality of products is what you would expect from Walmart, sometimes good, sometimes bad. Store is generally disorganized, and sometimes (depending on the day/time) outright dirty. Even for Walmart the employees show no pride or respect in their work. If you need something fast go ahead and stop in, but in the long run your better off shopping elsewhere.

VERY VERY rude people working there store is very dirty and disorderly! Crazy prices! Front end supervisors/managers down right rude!
