I used the drive-through atm. There was a 3$ service fee. I can't comment on their service to the community. I was just passing through and needed convenient cash.

They have unprofessional security practices. I was the victim of fraud, which showed their poor security practices. I wouldn't keep my money here. After the fraud, they made getting help a nightmare.

Woodville Guaranty Savings Bank has been my famlies bank for over 20 + years, staff are friendly and very accomendating by phone or in person. I love the ease of online banking, and the community feeling we get when we have to go into a branch for things that I can not do online. Believe me that very rare. Would recomend them to anyone looking for a bank that works for you, not shareholders.
