Absolute worst company ever what a joke/ rackett there running been trying to call customer service for over a month waited multiple times for over a hour on the phone to nobody to ever answer wish I could give a 0 star

Your estimated reading system is a complete joke. Not my fault you guys estimated wrong the first time now you expect me to play catch up on something you guys screwed up? Yea, not going to happen. This needs to be resolved immediately

Terrible. My regulator was faulty. Told me on a recorded line that I would not have to pay anything if indeed the regulator (which is owned by them) is found faulty. Still after the service they are trying to charge me $607 and the call center agent would not even escalate to manager. Really poor experience all round.
