Alex the young man serving me was friendly, smiling, enthusiastic, & professional.
He also washed my weather tech mats and they are like brand new.
Very nice kid. I called his Mgr too & he was awesome as well.

Have known Jason since he was a young man learning “car knowledge” from his extremely knowledgeable & teacher Dad who also taught at Manchester Comm College. Jason also attended auto body school in the Midwest. Now Jason’s son is 3rd Generation! Jason as his Dad “knows vehicles inside & out literally” and is extremely honest. He’ll be clear on available options and associated costs; what is needed immediately, and what may be delayed, with safety the primary impetus. “I needed to have the interior of my truck detailed on short notice and Dewey responded! He made arrangements to get my truck in and accommodated me early in the morning. He did an exceptional job and never would have imagined the stains lifted from my front seats. He was honest about what needed to be done and extremely fair with is price, especially since he took it in on such short notice. He also has a great personality!”
“Best to start backwards with this review: the engine in our SUV had a catastrophic, two part failure that meant that it could only ultimately be fixed at the KIA dealership, but we did not realize this until Bob at FD helped us figure it out...The car broke down on a recent camping trip to VT and we were barely able to make it to a Nashua gas station, where we started calling every repair shop in the area. Bob at FD was able to take us in, diagnose the issue, and performed some repairs right away. His staff did just enough probing to figure out that the engine internals were shot, and he took photographs of their findings to pass along to the KIA dealership.He was extremely kind throughout the ordeal, even offering to let us keep our bikes and valuables in the shop until we could come pick them up with our other car. It was really a stroke of good luck in a bad situation to have found Bob and his staff. Needless to say we highly recommend his shop.Service: Engine repair”

“Rolled in on a Friday at 1pm. No line. $13 for exterior wash, underbody rinse, and some other extras I don't really care about.
Dryer here works decently well. Some small droplets to be expected, but it doesn't look like a mini cloud rained on a part of your windshield.
Vacuum costs $.25 for 5 minutes. Only 2 machines, one out of order today. Oh well, I can always mooch off Golden Nozzle's vacuums.”

“Quick $10 touchleas carwash. Plenty of car vacuums. Self cleaning ? bays and a vending machine for car products. Prices are reasonable.
The dryer does an okay job. It should activate when you hit the dryer.
Some of the vacuums have issues with accepting payment.
If I am in the area I will use this carwash again.”
“Jonny’s did an impeccable job on our sedan. They removed stains I didn’t know were possible. It looks and smells brand new again! And it was extremely affordable. We spent upwards of $400 on our car at Paul’s a couple years ago”

“I had an outstanding experience at Tint World, so much that I intend on going back for more services. I needed run boards and mudflaps installed on my truck. I called Tint World based on reviews and to my surprise they offered these services at a very reasonable rate and turnaround time frame so I made the appointment.
I hung out while the work was done and the time went by pretty quick. They have Wi-Fi and everyone that works there is pretty cool to interact with.
While there, I realized they offered a ton of other services besides tinting and were able to give me a quote since they saw my car so I intend to go back to have it wrapped and calipers painted.
Bottom line, stellar craftsmanship, reasonable costs/turnaround and great service make for an outstanding experience, highly recommend.”

“I totaled my car and needed someone to tell me that for insurance purposes. I called over 10 different Allstate approved bodyshops from Concord all the way down to Nashua and every single one told me that they can take my car now, but would not look at it for at least 2 weeks. Dave Illg's did not see me as just a paycheck despite being a young woman with car problems. When I called it was a breath of fresh air because they said that they'd take my car today and promised me they'd look at it- I asked for a timeframe on when I'd get an estimate and they said they would look at the car and be able to tell me right away and that exactly what they did. All of the other bodyshops I called claimed that they could not look at the car for at least 2 weeks and Dave Illg's helped me unload my car, looked at it, gave me a verbal estimate, and gave me a clear timeline of when to expect my insurance company to be receiving my written estimate- despite the fact that I came in an hour before close on a Friday. I would recommend Dave Illg's to anyone looking for a competent, compassionate, professional, and honest body shop.”
“Personally, I don't like car washes as my home setup is better than all of them.
However, during the winter I don't get to choose to wash the car at home.
My favorite thing about this place is that the stalls seem to work unlike the place that's that's a little bit further down pine Hill off exit 6.
Not only that, but The neck on the nozzle bends so you can get it behind your tires easily and up underneath to get the frame.
I don't use drive-thru car washes so I can't speak to that.”

This morning at the Second Street location, I was greeted by a young man (I am that too, of course) that looked me in the eye and did his job with a bit of hustle. When he thanked me, I know he meant it and didn't just say it. It's a car wash, but and I felt he just took a little extra careful time with the pre-wash, took his job seriously and cared about his work and the customer.”

“Decent car wash but I lost my temporary plate in the car wash and tried calling and never got in contact with anyone. Phone went to voice mail only to hear the mailbox was full. I literally called 12 times in 2 days. I did end up going back and they had my plate plus a piece of molding that fell off of my wheel well. So they redeemed themselves.”
