Spoiler: they don't sell that. Instead, I found aisles of shiny things I can't name and staff who can. You ask them, "Hey, do you have a thingamajig for a 2003 whatchamacallit?" And they just nod, like that's a real question!The place is so organized, it made me feel bad about my own life. I mean, if they can sort tiny screws by size, why can't I sort my laundry? And the staff, they're like wizards or something. They listen to your car's symptoms and diagnose it better than my doctor does with me. "Your car makes a whirring sound? Oh, it's just lonely." If only my problems were that easy to fix!Honestly, I went in for windshield wipers and left questioning my existence. But hey, at least my car's existential crisis is over, thanks to their mystical car knowledge and an air freshener shaped like a tree. Who knew enlightenment was available in aisle 3, right between the motor oil and the eternal abyss of car maintenance?”

“Went to a different Ford dealership originally and was left disappointed. Called Londonderry Ford on our way out of the dealership and they handled everything for us. Drove right there and they had the car we were interested in waiting out front to test drive. We worked with Brad and he was great. A down to earth guy, who knew his stuff. We never felt pressured to buy. They were able to work with a sister dealership to get the color of car I wanted. We went on vacation before we picked up the car and Brad sent my texts with lots of pictures and updates. Brad walked me through all the features during pick up and moved his schedule around to accommodate our desired pick up date. Brad then went even more above and beyond and delivered floor mats to our house after we left with the vehicle. Highly recommend!”

“I want to give a Big Shout Out to BJ Collision Center of Londonderry. The customer service was outstanding, my mirror got ripped off and it inhibited me to drive my Ford Bronco. BJ miraculously handle the issue quickly and promptly. With a new side view mirror, I was able to drive my Bronco the very next day! Then there was another incident three weeks later. (I loved, Jeff's comment at Londonderry Ford, we need to bubble wrap the Bronce. Jeff, I couldn't have agreed with you more!) The Bronco was hit while parked outside a cafe. But, this time it needed body work, and paint repairs. Again, my experience exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the quality of work I received from the Londonderry collision center. They went above and beyond to get it right! And, as long as, I am the owner of the Bronco, their workmanship is guaranteed for the life of the car!
