Londonderry Citizens bank has helped me enormously over the past year of 2023. I had a serious bank issue occur through no fault of mine nor the bank’s, and it took weeks to set everything straight. Every single person there was as patient and helpful as they could possibly be- from the tellers (Su, Carla, more) to the bankers (Matt, Sam, Jake) to the manager, Nick. The rest of the year involved other personal issues, including a death in the family, which affected my finances as well as my usual composure. Every single person in this bank said, “No, you’re fine. This is what we are here for” or words to that effect. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me. Also- they are a dog-friendly bank and always have a kind word and a treat for my dog. Truly, I am grateful for the good people at Londonderry Citizens Bank.

I went to the Londonderry branch to put beneficiaries on an online CD. My husband was out of state so I showed the customer service rep as well as the branch manager my husband’s Durable Power of Attorney. I was told it is not recognized in the banking industry in NH. I use it for banking and anything I need to in NH. I have since filed a complaint with the agency that governs Citizen’s bank. Now I have a CD without beneficiaries until my husband gets back in town and can go to the branch. We are not happy with their service.

Do NOT use CB. They cancel your card constantly even while used at your basic locations and they sometimes don't send your new card as they said they would. Also, have fun speaking with someone from India. You can understand most but a lot of things don't seem to go through. Stay away from this bank

My ordeal occurred in Dec 2022.Round 1: I open a Citizens personal checking account. I cannot use online banking so visit the branch, and am told Citizens opened a business account in my name without my consent. Citizens claims that was from HSBC which they acquired. I continue to be without online banking.Round 2: I visit the branch with my SS card to prove identity, and request the business account be closed. Manager Kristy Baillargeon helps me create a new online profile and proves it works. The same profile stops working the day after.Round 3: I visit the branch again to resolve online profile. Teller Lydia Brecheen helps me look up my profile, and confirms that my profile does not exist on their system either by name, social, or address. She sets up an appointment for me with Manager the following day.Round 4: Manager Kristy Baillargeon confirms that the back office deleted my profile she helped me create, and that my debit card continues to belong to the business account. I request closure of my account which is denied. I manage to withdraw my available cash from my account.My take-away: if you start doing business with Citizens (even though the branch staff try their best to help), if there is an issue you will never get it resolved and will be saddled with it. I hope this detailed post can save some of you from getting mired like I am.

I had a great experience here with Sam! Out of 5 other bankers from other locations, she solved my problem. Sam is the best!

People at this branch are not helpful and seemed annoyed if you ask questions, this was after they froze my savings and checking accounts because I made no transactions in 365 Days. Said they had to. They told me it was the law. Also said only way to correct was on my own. I was able to correct on my own through the website. Visiting that Branch for a problem is a waste of time. Thinking now about changing banks after this fiasco.

Not at all happy with the fraud detection area. My card was shut off as it should have been but I have been on hold for 2 hours earlier today and now again for 45 minutes. I could not buy my groceries and other things. I appreciate the protection but CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER THE PHONE?????

The nicest sweetest people ever at ANY branch ... These people care about me and it shows ... GREAT JOB
