I wish I could get the hours of my life back that I have lost waiting in line at this location. They somehow take over 10 minutes per person just to type a name into a computer, put a medication in a bag, and charge a CC. Not that complex and should be quick. Of course my insurance requires that I go here or it's more expensive...

Occasional shortages and 10 day waits but overall they handle the situation, compared to say a Walgreens, professionally. There's one area they need to improve on but I'll save that info for the Pharmacy manager if they are interested and that's the difference between 4 and 5 stars from my POV.

This CVS is a dirty unkept store. The Manager should be ashamed. Grounds are dirty, store is old in need or a renovation a bigger store. The pharmacy drive through window is a disgrace. A good cleaning and removal of all the glue, tape, old signage. The staff in the pharmacy is forever changing. Not surprised never seem to have full staff making for poor working conditions. The people that are working are polite but don’t seem to get a breath.

Pharmacy crew, pick up and drop off just seemed so annoyed to help. No smile, no emotion. If you ask a question they make you feel dumb for asking. Time for a new pharmacy. Plenty others across the way.

Super customer service with care and compassion. Katelyn was sympathetic to my story and was able to provide discounts to help lower my costs. Katelyn is a real asset to the CVS pharmacy team!!!!

This CVS has been our pharmacy for 20 years. The people that work there have always been courteous and helpful. One time I was printing photos and the photo machine was malfunctioning and they couldn't fix it. Manager gave me $25 gift card for my inconvenience.

This pharmacy never gets anything right. They'll call 3 times to say my Rx is ready, then when I get there to pick it up, not only is it not ready, they don't even have the meds on hand to fill it. They offer a partial, and want me to come back for the rest. No thanks. And as for the store... every item is grossly overpriced. $11 for 100 ct Tylenol. $7 for a pint of ice cream!! Go across the street to either of the other pharmacies and save 40%.

My parents insurance was having a hard time processing their insurance, so they ended up paying out of pocket. $755. So they called the insurance company today, and they informed my parents that the refund has already been processed back to cvs a while ago. CVS never called my parents. They weren't planning on giving that money back. That is FRAUD, STEALING, just plain awful and in bad faith. Shame on you, and how many other innocent, unaware people have you done this too? I cannot wait until corporate gets involved.
