Been a regular customer here for 20+ years and am very satisfied with the consistently helpful staff, especially all who work in the pharmacy. They always are available for questions or problems with meds and are friendly and patient too! Thank you for all you do everyday!

Really busy, but fairly well organized. Friendly staff, and they give you a coupon to shop if you made your vaccine appointment online.

This CVS has been our pharmacy for 20 years. The people that work there have always been courteous and helpful. One time I was printing photos and the photo machine was malfunctioning and they couldn't fix it. Manager gave me $25 gift card for my inconvenience.

This pharmacy never gets anything right. They'll call 3 times to say my Rx is ready, then when I get there to pick it up, not only is it not ready, they don't even have the meds on hand to fill it. They offer a partial, and want me to come back for the rest. No thanks. And as for the store... every item is grossly overpriced. $11 for 100 ct Tylenol. $7 for a pint of ice cream!! Go across the street to either of the other pharmacies and save 40%.

My parents insurance was having a hard time processing their insurance, so they ended up paying out of pocket. $755. So they called the insurance company today, and they informed my parents that the refund has already been processed back to cvs a while ago. CVS never called my parents. They weren't planning on giving that money back. That is FRAUD, STEALING, just plain awful and in bad faith. Shame on you, and how many other innocent, unaware people have you done this too? I cannot wait until corporate gets involved.

My experience with this CVS has been so overwhelmingly negative on countless occasions that I just created a Yelp account so I can warn my neighbors. My insurance forces me to use CVS for my medication and yearly flu shot (if I want it covered), otherwise I wouldn't go here. I took the time to schedule myself a flu shot online in the hopes of saving some time and avoiding unnecessary exposure during this pandemic. When I checked in for my 4 pm flu shot, I was told they didn't have me in the system and it would be a 20-25 minute wait because they were busy and shorthanded. So I left without my flu shot after completely wasting 40 minutes of my time (travel there and back, time spent booking my appt and time spent waiting for my time slot). It's not unusual for me to stand in line for 20+ minutes here to pick up a prescription here, and the one time I tried the drive thru it was 30. If you don't have to shop here, I suggest you avoid it.

Like other reviews of this pharmacy they have once again dropped the ball. The automated system stated that my dogs life saving meds would be ready on a certain day. When I enquired about the status I was met with a very apathetic pharmacist who treated me like I was wasting her time. They claimed to have no record of the prescription being called in. No more business from me CVS.

I called last week to pick up a medicine that keeps my child alive they told me to pick it up on may 18th 2020 after 4:00. When I went to pick it up they told me it wont be in till may 19th 2020 after 4:00. This is not safe or a good practice in fact its sue worthy and they need new staffing. It's been over 8 days. They can't tell people one date and do another and they can't go without restocking medicine.

If there was a number less than one starI would give it. My son needed a prescription filled for his ADHD. We brought the written prescription to the pharmacy and had it filled. Once we got home, we realized that they had given us the correct prescription, but in the wrong form. My son is young and is unable to swallow pills And the prescription clearly said "chewable tablet". Now I understand that people make mistakes, it happens. I called the pharmacy this morning to let them know that they had given us capsules instead of chewable tablets. I was told that they were terribly sorry for the mistake and that they were filling the new prescription and it would be available to be picked up later today. My husband went to pick it up and they told him that he could not pick up the new prescription until he brought the other pills back.......Ummmm....What? Ok let's get this straight....Pharmacy gives you the wrong prescription, so you have to back to get the correct prescription, you get there and they tell you to go back to your house and bring back the incorrect pills...this morning when they were apologizing profusely for their mistake, no one mentioned that to me. CVS in Londonderry is not a shining example of good customer service. I will not be back

This is our family pharmacy, it's fantastic! I came in to fill Med scripts today and was greeted I am very polite and helpful pharmacy tech whom was of Indian dissent. She could see that I was not feeling well and offered to help shop for the remaining items while I sat down next to the pharmacy. The pharmacy tech also prioritized getting me my prescriptions and asked me if I needed help calling an Uber or if I was going to be OK to drive home. What floored me the most was that she called me about three hours after I picked up my medication to follow up with me and make sure that I was feeling better! You don't see this in a lot of pharmacies, this woman had such compassion. I really wish I remembered her name so I could've called CVS corporate to give her some kudos. It's the small things like this that go along way when you are Under the weather. Thank you for helping me feel better physically and emotionally!

We got a coupon for five dollars purchase any item for thanksgiving like a thankful thing that we are the customer of CVS and CVS members and when we went to CVS on Thanksgiving day so logically this five dollars gift coupon supposed to be until Thanksgiving day because it's thankful for the a customer onCVS so on Thanksgiving day it was already expired so no logic doesn't make any sense!!!!!!

This was finally the straw that breaks the camel's back. I have never been happy with the service from this store but today was it. They told us that the prescription would take 2 hrs. to fill and it took over 4 hrs. My daughter just had heart surgery and she needed Warfin (to keep her alive) and also a pain killer for a migraine she has. Four hours?? Stay away from this pharmacy. Bad bad bad! We will never use this pharmacy again.

I recently had my prescription transferred to CVS Londonderry,NH. I called and spoke directly with the pharmacist regarding the transfer and was assured that this was very easy and would be completed and filled that day. When I went to pick up my prescription it had not been filled yet. I was told to return the next morning and it would be ready. I returned at noon the next day and was told my prescription was not filled yet and I would need to come back later. I explained that I was heading out of town and did not have any pills so could they fill while I waited because it had been promised for the day before and was told no come back later we are really busy.
