The drivers never knock on the door therefore things that I need like my Essential medication I'm going with out because I put my car in the garage and they think no one's home so they just come up the stairs and placing note that I missed them on my door and then they leave this is the third month in a row they've done it to me as well as this is the third day in a row both times last month and this month that I've had to make it a priority to reach out to the facility itself to tell them I need to have somebody knock on my door I don't know when this standing outside it's not like we're magical and know instantly when they're on the doorstep today they came as far as getting a package that was going out for delivery never mind bringing the package they were supposed to leave for me and I posted on the door please knock with their label they left yesterday and I said to the limb on the label I was here yesterday as I am here today please knock on the door and I will answer and they picked up the package ignore the note and left and didn't leave my medicine again today so now I'm going on over a week without medicine that I shouldn't have went half a day without it I'm at the point now up here in Maine with the guys that are drivers for FedEx I'm going to end up not using them for pickups or deliveries anymore they are just lazy. They don't care if you get what's coming or not they have no idea how important that little box they're carrying around is to me and they can't even knock on the door.

Fast and easy service. Really ideal to pick up packages that you missed due to signature requirements, but they're helpful and friendly up here.

Shout out to Sebastian Jones (assuming this is the office he’s at ?) for reverse engineering our package that had its label fall off mid transport and get it back on its way! Mad dedication there. Thank you again!

Very helpful and friendly. I had a bunch of returns due to vendor error in multiple they were very patient getting them all scanned and packaged up. Easy to get to. No wait time for service. Plenty of parking. Carts for folks with large and/or numerous packages to get into the facility. Also, plenty of space to take my dog for a quick walk to explore new and interesting smells around the facility.

It's terrible. No one has ever delivered my package to me. They kept saying that I refused to sign and kept returning it. My sister went to the same address with her government ID and still didn't deliver it to me. It's so miserable.

these people hire the laziest drivers in the nation they delay your packages for no reason you just get a text saying they tried they will try tomorrow yet they never passed by package needs no signature either they just lazy mfs

I never got my package. The tracking information shows it was delivered on the front step - photo shows package was left on a brown porch - but I have granite steps. It is not there. I also looked on my back porch and I was home all day . The item I bought can’t be replaced because it is out of stock. There’s no main number( only a 800 central number ) fed ex c/s said there’s no way the driver can be asked where he actually delivered my pkg to this morning. ?

We literally cannot order anything fragile that will be delivered via FedEx because it'll just come smashed to all hell, and the amount of times something was labeled "this side up" and yet was left completely incorrectly at our doorstep is almost comical. What's additional kinda funny is my company briefly had a FedEx dude work for us as a driver and the way he handled our materials was such an obvious "oh yeah that makes sense" moment, just throwing stuff around like it meant nothing. Really, what a trash organization.

I am an inconsiderate, last-minute type of person. I'm never on time and I thoroughly frustrate all who know me.When I arrived at the FedEx office four minutes before closing, I expected the following to happen:1. The office would already have closed early.2. The office might allow me in, but the employees would be rude and show obvious disdain due to my lack of consideration.None of the above occurred. In fact, just the opposite.The woman who greeted me couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. She didn't show any frustration, just friendliness.I had two orders to ship, and one was international. She knew exactly how to handle the completion of the international order and did not delay assisting with the paperwork.I was out the door two minutes past 7pm.But most importantly, the woman who helped me never made me feel like I was imposing on her time. She was proficient, professional, and pleasant.It is rare to encounter such exemplary customer service. This experience set a standard that will be hard to surpass.

Absolute worst of all the delivery services. Cannot get them to put packages where every other driver puts them. Nothing but attitude.
