I never got my package. The tracking information shows it was delivered on the front step - photo shows package was left on a brown porch - but I have granite steps. It is not there. I also looked on my back porch and I was home all day . The item I bought can’t be replaced because it is out of stock. There’s no main number( only a 800 central number ) fed ex c/s said there’s no way the driver can be asked where he actually delivered my pkg to this morning. ?

We literally cannot order anything fragile that will be delivered via FedEx because it'll just come smashed to all hell, and the amount of times something was labeled "this side up" and yet was left completely incorrectly at our doorstep is almost comical. What's additional kinda funny is my company briefly had a FedEx dude work for us as a driver and the way he handled our materials was such an obvious "oh yeah that makes sense" moment, just throwing stuff around like it meant nothing. Really, what a trash organization.

I am an inconsiderate, last-minute type of person. I'm never on time and I thoroughly frustrate all who know me.When I arrived at the FedEx office four minutes before closing, I expected the following to happen:1. The office would already have closed early.2. The office might allow me in, but the employees would be rude and show obvious disdain due to my lack of consideration.None of the above occurred. In fact, just the opposite.The woman who greeted me couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. She didn't show any frustration, just friendliness.I had two orders to ship, and one was international. She knew exactly how to handle the completion of the international order and did not delay assisting with the paperwork.I was out the door two minutes past 7pm.But most importantly, the woman who helped me never made me feel like I was imposing on her time. She was proficient, professional, and pleasant.It is rare to encounter such exemplary customer service. This experience set a standard that will be hard to surpass.

Absolute worst of all the delivery services. Cannot get them to put packages where every other driver puts them. Nothing but attitude.

Worked here for a little bit, was told by a manager I was able to call out AFTER the scheduled time, and only when HR "found out", I got fired. Maybe a little communication would go a long way. Especially after I was lied to and lost my job afterwards. Not to mention the amount of power trips I've seen from management in my time there, I'm glad I don't work here anymore. 79.9° in there? No Gatorade for you.

I'm writing a review based off my experience with trakcing number 774320260837. I have received packages at my address before. There were no problems. For 3 days in a roll, fedex decided to mark incorrect address on this package and don't deliver it. I kept calling fedex customer service every single day and tell them it's the correct address. yet they still don't deliver the next day but mark delivery exception as incorrect address or recipient moved. please!! just deliver the pacakge....

Came in a few minutes ago with quite a few heavy boxes to ship out. When I got there nobody was in line, but being that I had a few boxes the line grew. The blonde woman at the front was so kind and helpful. She was quick to service me but also helped out others as much as possible while she was doing so. I didn’t catch her name but she was awesome, made everything quick and easy:)

If zero stars was an option, they'd have none, as I've never been jerked around and deceived in this way by any other organization. Paid for overnight for pants needed for a funeral, allowing an extra day for unforeseen events. Delayed a full day in Memphis and then after arriving in my local hub (Londonderry NH) delayed another day, even after calling to explain that the item was needed for a funeral, and receiving my overnight package on the THIRD day would be too late. They marked it as being out for delivery on the second day, after my call, but never delivered (I don't believe they ever intended to) and as soon as delivery hours were past (830pm) "updated" it, to "delayed" again and, for delivery on day 3. The shocking death & funeral of a lifelong friend isn't bad enough......the Fedex Londonderry NH management and dispatch just had to make it MUCH worse with their callous (and downright mean) decisions and actions, by creating a ton of extra stress in the days leading up to the funeral, and their ultimate failure to deliver on what was needed, and had been requested and paid for. I really wish that vendors had a choice of shippers.......I would pay extra every time to use UPS, or even USPS, and never have to deal with these ignorant, heartless, souls again.

absolutely the worst. Tried to use customer service to hold package at FedEx facility and was sent to a response loop that terminated the call twice. Complete customer service failures throughout their AI loop. Horrible shipper. Use UPS.

Impossible to contact anyone there. My package is there but I can't even pick it up, delivery driver keeps putting it on the truck and then bringing it back to the hub. If I ran my business like this, I would not be in business. Need more competition, these companies are too complacent.

I frequently use this hub for overnight shipping, never had a problem. Staff is helpful.
