From start to finish Matt in the service department, Catherine from ford corporate was amazing to work with. Answered any and all questions, phone calls i had. I had my cam phaser done and the truck runs amazing so thank you and def will be back.

The Collision Center has been great! From Abby to BJ they were both super cordial and patient, they had my rental ready for me (Insurance job) and kept in touch with my body work constantly!Thank you BJ for your professionalism!

I had my grandson auto-towed there with the transmission light on. They kept it for two weeks and said it was just a wet sensor. The car is fine. Last week it stopped in the middle of RT.128. Towed to McGovern Ford. Diagnosed transmission fault. Will repair. I guess Londonderry Ford just lies. Could have been very bad..

Hands down the worst dealership in the nation! I've called three times now to leave a message for the manager, Jeff, and was promised a call back and still have not received one. First off, they ordered the wrong truck! I was the first customer there to order the Ford Maverick Hybrid, which they submitted. It was not until I get the build date that I saw their critical mistake, they ordered the gas model and not the Hybrid!! I called them right away but they said there was nothing they could do. They then claimed that I signed the paperwork that said EcoBoost.. so I drove there right away and catch them in their lie! No where on the paper did it say Ecoboost! Well, they submitted a second order on my behalf, this time a hybrid and showed me that paperwork. I looked it over and compared the two orders, they were the exact same cost, even though the Hybrid model is $1500 more!!! So the first order was a Hybrid and they just straight up lied about it! The mistake was when they were entering the truck order into the ford system, they must have forgot to add the hybrid to it. Critical mistake that they are now completely ignoring, not responding to my calls, and have offered no solutions. The second order is pointless because Ford oversold the Maverick Hybrid and an order this late will not be built.In addition to all these ongoing issues, when I was ordering the truck, they were not knowledgeable about the vehicle, the process, or ongoing issues/updates Ford was pushing out. I was constantly informing them on the changes/updates.This has Hands down the worst experience ever! I'm sure I'll have an update as this is ongoing and the first truck order that is incorrect is due to arrive in December.Yes, I filed a complaint with Ford Motor Company (FMC) and will continue to call and update FMC along the way.

I have purchased several Ford cars from different dealers. My latest purchase was by far the best experience I have had. When I called to inquire about a Bronco Sport, Lee took my call and answered my questions. A few hours later I arrived and felt welcomed by everyone. I felt heard and valued as a buyer. From the salesman Lee to the finance manager Roger, I felt no pressure. When I arrived to pick up my car, Lee was thorough in ensuring everything was good to go. There was a question about the lights; Lee drove it down to the service department to find out the answer. Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed and valued as acustomer. I highly recommend this dealer. Thank you Lee, and Roger for an enjoyable and easy purchase. One excited Bronco Sport Badlands owner.

Excellent service, great repair techs. Kept my vehicle clean. Very friendly and efficient. Unlike another Ford dealer who used to serve my vehicle but would not take it in even with an appointment. I guess I have found a new dealer.

sales was fine when I bought my truck. I purchased an extended warranty from Ford after mine had expired. I recently needed to use that warranty. after 5 weeks my two issues have not been fixed. the dealerships giving me excuses such as back ordered parts and or they don't or can't find my issue. I am now dealing with Ford Motors themselves trying to get my issues resolved . this dealership is not good with service.

We love coming to Ford of Londonderry. When we need to service the car this is the place to come. We always get excellent service, the people are so nice and helpful. We have been coming here for over 2 years. Never any problem. They are fast and do a super job. Highly recommended for your ford needs.Thank you Wanda for taking such good care of us and the car!!

The sales people at the dealership let us take our time looking over the vehicle that we had in mind. The sales person Mike Fraser was awesome. He didn’t try to sell me anything outside my budget in which I told them what it was and the vehicle that I saw I fell in love with . He explained all the bells and whistles to us. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family . If I’m ever looking for another vehicle, I would definitely go back to Ford of Londonderry.

Highly disappointed!! I was told a car was available for sale and I drove an hour and a half to purchase it. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was told the car had been already sold over a week ago. Very unprofessional. Have an email from Haley saying the car was available for purchase today. Will not return there and do not recommend you go there. If you do, triple check the car you're wanting is actually there and available.

Called to make an appointment. After no call back I went there in person. Explained I was from out of town and traveling. Scheduled appointment for following Monday. I was having an issue with severe steering oscillations and there is a recall on this problem. After keeping my vehicle for the entire day and calling for an update I was told no parts available for a minimum of 2 weeks. 2000 miles from home and I felt a little bummed out. To say the least. Had part replaced at my expense at a local repair shop. Thanks Ford
