These guys are fantastic. Better than a dealership that just wants me to throw out my car and buy a new one, and much better than any franchise mechanic that wants to do the bare minimum or refuses the work. They replaced the parts I needed at a very fair price, offered me a loaner vehicle, and had me back on the road and passing my inspection in two days time. Thank you for inspecting and documenting my car for recommendations on future repairs, and not holding me hostage. They’ve earned a lifetime customer.

They are always so upfront and honest. They are quick with their work and have fixed/repaired any issues I’ve had with my car. Their work is remarkable and customer service is top notch! Couldn’t recommend them enough with big repairs or even the little stuff!!

Scott and the team provided an outstanding service with troubleshooting car shaking issue. Moreover, we were given a replacement car while our RX was in service.
The highlight of this shop is that the cost of parts is actually a bit lower than retail, and you therefore end up paying true cost labor. Transparent, fair and contrast my experience with other shops. I will come back for other Lexus services.

Absolutely the best. Very professional, kind, a class act. Service is impeccable. If they find something that should be addressed they take pictures to back their word. They don't try to talk you into something you don't need. They stand by their words. I would recommend anyone who drives a lexus.

Brought in my beloved 1997 4Runner that’s been in my family since it was purchased new in 1997 at Larry H miller Toyota in Salt Lake City.
This was a significant repair requiring the replacement of several key steering components due to aged out parts.
They worked diligently to identify the problems, keep me informed, and correct the issues.
They knew this would be very costly so they worked with me to cut me a break on labor cost and went above and beyond to ensure I had a safe and comfortable driving experience

I took my preowned 2020 Lexus RX 350 in today for the first time to Jeff’s LexToy for an oil change and tire rotation . I also heard a rubbing sound near one of my tires . Jeff took the time to take the SUV out for a test drive with me to hear what I was hearing . I will be a regular customer going forward they are all about great customer service with Toby , Nate the Great !and the owner Jeff ! I was so impressed I highly recommend this business .! Just had my dashboard light up with some issues Toby was able to get me in the same day I called . Nate took all my information down . Those two gentleman are the ambassadors of this business ! A pleasure doing business with Jeff’s Lex Toy !

My experience at Lex-Toy was perfect. I was reminded of my oil change by a text, it was an easy text back to place my appointment and I was given the day and time I requested. Service at Lex-Toy is very efficient and they give you a print out of what may be needed at your future appointment. No pressure to do further service then what you have booked the visit for. I was offer a loner car which I did not need but the offer was a nice surprise to me. I will return for more services.

My dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. The dealership wanted to replace the whole truck one part at a time. I brought it to Lex-Toy instead and they replaced a faulty ground wire on the transfer case which fixed everything. It took them less than two days to diagnose and fix what the dealership couldn’t figure out in a week. Too many mechanics out there can’t do anything but read codes. If you want someone who can actually diagnose problems go to Lex-Toy.

Went in for howling noise in the rear of the vehicle. Was unable to diagnose right away and I was offered a loaner vehicle because they couldn’t confirm my car was safe to drive. Called me later that evening to inform me that it was a wheel bearing with a lot of play. Had them replace the hub assembly and also change the valve cover gasket. Did a fantastic job as always.

Such great service!! Absolutely no pressure sales, extremely knowledgeable and honest!2 years later, and I am still so fortunate to have found Jeff's Lex Toy. They have continuously provided incredible and skilled service, and the customer service can't be beat! The team at Jeff's is friendly and professional and always work to fit me in, even at the last minute. They are honest and trustworthy with fair prices--something that's hard to come by nowadays!
