I have absolutely nothing good to say about this "company". The worst condo association I have experienced in 15 years. It's kind of embarrassing for them. There is not enough room to list the inexperience and incompetence. Keep raising the fees the less they do! No way out. I DON’T BELIEVE FOR A SECOND 75% of the community voted in favor for raising condo fees from 394-450.

I’ve had a great experience living in my apartment with New star properties. They’ve been great if I need maintenance that’s all I do is go on the website let them know and they come right out and fix the problem right away. They’re very polite and knowledgeable.

Terrible communication. They shut the water off for 3 hours of maintenance in my condo building with 13 minutes of notice. This is regular behavior and treatment from them.

My first condo was at Oakbridge in 2005. I had moved away for a bit and am now living back on property. I'm a real estate associate broker and have been on the Board of Directors at OB since 2012. We have had at least four other property management companies since 2005. New Star will be our last, God willing. Tim, the owner gave us one on one himself until he hired our new Property Manager, Sted Holton. Sted was on property every single day for months until he was satisfied we were on a good path. We were so lucky to have someone that cares, is responsive and knowledgeable. I have sold units in most of Concord's complexes over the years so I can compare. No company is as efficient as NS. Our financials as well as our property and our property values are in the best shape ever thanks to New Star.

If only they put as much thought into how they do business as they do with responding to the very true, negative reviews on here. There's a dozen families in my community and everyone here knows that you guys put a bandaid on the countless issues with the properties, hiding black mold and other serious issues. But you guys have no issue setting up (I'm assuming fake) cameras pointing INSIDE our apartments, or emailing out to tenants your new rules and fines for bogus things. Not one family that lives here is happy in this place, they're just stuck here. You're really growing because you're good at the con you're pulling.Oh and thanks for the heads up today. I loved going into my bedroom after showering and seeing a ladder in front of my window, with no warning.

New Star has grown into the complete Management Company. They are competent, thorough, and have grown value in the complexes where they manage by taking on tough issues that have been let go, and following through on rulebreakers. It's not all perfect, but so much better.

These people are so unprofessional. Ignored phone calls and emails after being lied to about the application process. Was told that our credit being bad wasn’t going to be a deal breaker since we had the income and everything else was in order just to be denied 2 days later. Have tried negotiating with them for any solution because we loved this unit just to be constantly ignored. Even had my credit go up and wanted to re apply to be met with more silence. And instead of answering me or replying to my emails they updated the listing to *DO NOT CALL AND LEAVE VOICEMAIL THEY WILL NOT BE ANSWERED* why wouldn’t you want people to call that are interested in your rentals? That seems sketchy.

I live at Sawmill Ridge Condominium. New Star Management are very unpleasant to deal with, because they always want to be right and not deal with things as they are!Contractors don't do a good job, and New Star don't do anything about it!Changes need to be made so I decided to run for the board, my goal is to replace management company and a couple other contractors!Can't stand them!
