I had a good experience with Zack during the rental process. Zach was both professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to show me the units I was interested in and went through the rental agreement thoroughly with me to help me make an informed decision for my rental.

There have been a few occasions where we have needed access to our unit on days when the office wasn't open. Today was one of those days. When we drove up to the gate and put the code on the gate would not open. Another vehicle also attempted to get in to access their unit, they too were not successful.For the amount of money that each renter pays, the access gate should be kept in working order at all times. Unfortunately Right Space does not have an emergency number or a maintenance number so if there is an issue, there is no one available to solve the problem. This is extremely disappointing and definitely something that the company has overlooked. By the way, this is not the first time this gate has not been in working order.

I am very happy with everything except their recently forcing me to pay $10/month and not acknowledge my insurance policy coverage . This $10 has no value to me, but they are making me pay it. If I am the beneficiary of this policy then they have not business making me pay for it.

Great experience. The staff is incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. I was able to go in and quickly get setup and fill up my unit. The units are easy to access, dry and clean.

Couldn't have been any easier. Got onsite this Jose was there. Took me out to the unit for me to check it out. Setup my access code and started unloading the truck. Thank you all for making this a pleasant experience

Company was not prepared for my pick up and waited an hour to redo reservation. The manager put the wrong key aside and no other keys available but 3 trucks outside. The customer service person did a great job of recovery.
