Drive 5 hours to get something faxed, 2 machines not working. A gentleman was going to help me when one became available. I believe one did, some snotty chick went in front of me , so I walked out . Lousy service

The woman in the printing department today are less than helpful. One with dark hair and classes and another with shoulder length grey hair. They’re not interested in answering any questions or guiding you in the right direction of what to purchase to make the project possible. They were so quick to say they had 10 jobs lined up and didn’t think they could get it done anyways and then stared at me like I had 10 heads. Meanwhile the 5 mins I stood around waiting for assistance they were too busy socializing. So I guess those 10 jobs they have lined up aren’t getting done

I prefer to do my printing in store but I only had the option to make the Thank You cards I wanted online. I ordered them and when they came in, I opened the card and it said “YOUR MESSAGE HERE” in big black letters on every card! I was a bit irritated to say the least. I went to the store to see if there was anything I could do. Melissa was GREAT! She got right on the phone with customer service and was able to get me a refund. She then came up with a great idea for my cards as a way to still use them, so I took her advice and was able to use the ones I had ordered. Grateful for Melissa taking the time to help me.

Had an interesting experience, I went to purchase a chair and the chair was on sale for $169. When I looked the chair up on Staples website it was only $130. I asked the sales rep and they matched the price. Great .. but I do feel bad for the others who had to pay $169. I recommend looking up on their website before purchase and they will match the price.

Very overpriced! The same calender at Walmart (same brand) was $14 less. That's a bit crazy. Most of their products can be purchased on Amazon for half the price they charge. If everyone googled the items in this store before they bought them, they would go out of business.

Outstanding Service from PeterVisited this store today and although they were busy and short staffed (like all of America) I received some outstandingservice by Peter in the tech department. I had bought a demo laptop in Brattleboro VT and could not get the laptop going because of the demo software that was still on it.He checked with the other store and was able to find my receipt! It took less than 24 hours and my laptop is good to go!!I do write bad reviews when it's bad but I also write good reviews when it's earned. Peter and his team were outstanding!!

I am so impressed and grateful to Mellissa and Esther for going way above and beyond what they are required to do..anyone who works retail knows the rewards are not many..so for them to go out of their way for me (who they do not know) makes me so impressed and thankful for making a horrible situation easier for me to deal with, I dont have to worry about my prayer cards being there on time. ( they rushed them on their own time.) Who does that these days?? So Thank u ladies!! ?

Had to mail a package back to Amazon.I needed a label printed She (wish Igot her name) not only printed it,…she put the label on and also sealed the package for me.Talk about service and all with a pleasant attitude and smile. Definite asset toStaples. Thank u for your help

2 days in a row, Went to get a small item laminated(4x7 inches) and was told it would be ready the next night . I was like really , Store MANAGER said 5 orders in front of you> @ people working in section and laminate machine was not in use and other person was on their cell phone texting or playing. I Drove down to Salem and had it done in less than 5 minutes... 2nd item! making copies the day before and machine does not print my copies and now has a message "assistance needed", So the worker comes and looks at it and says try the other machine, this one is restarting. I state that it already says i paid. He states I will check, I then get copies from other machine and Employee says no chargers were on other machine. I check credit card that evening and both charges were there. I dispute charge with CC company and they say no problem it is only $3 and we will take it off. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, go to a different Staples. I use Staples often but will NOT use the Londonderry one again.

Incredible customer service. I had to print, pick up an order, and ship via UPS. I had no idea I could do it all at Staples. In addition to being convenient, Peter and Melissa were rock stars in understanding my needs and helping me accomplish what I needed. I cannot emphasize how helpful they were. I will be back. No longer will I be going to a UPS store - everything I'll do here! Thanks!
