I went into the Londonderry Verizon twice in the last week. Jenna helped me save 40% on five items and switch two phones from xfinity to Verizon and activate a new line purchase.. I also worked with Steve who helped me trade my old phones in, get my rebates and sign up for my programming.. both representatives were very knowledgeable and professionals, waiting on a 60 year old guy who isn’t that technological savvy.. they were a gods end and gods gift to the elderly.. they deserve a bonus and should be running the store..

Jenna at this store is an A class employee. Would hire her every single time.Dealing with international connectivity issues and mistakenly called this store and Jenna unprompted stayed on the case. Connected me with the right people, got me the help I needed, and stayed in touch after to make sure all VZ needs are met.Quality work ??

I've been to this store twice in the last 6 months and walked out empty handed both time because the service was so bad (same guy both times). While other employees looked energetic, engaged and helpful, our person was the opposite. He came across arrogant, unhelpful and couldn't be bothered. Spoke in short incomplete sentences, very poor communication style.

They took the time to help me. Explained everything well. Very professional and helpful. I would go back to that store as they were much more helpful than other stores I have been in.

Was having SIM card issues so I stopped in. Worker named Kyle helped me out a bunch and was super friendly the whole time. I recommend this store and ask for Kyle if he’s in there.

Frank was very helpful and nice!! We came in to ask a question because we had a bad experience at a different Verizon and felt like we were misinformed. Frank had told us a bunch of useful information that the guy at the other store didn’t tell us. Very patient and knowledgeable man!

Wouldn't let my husband pickup his order even though he had the confirmation email and his name was on the order because he's not an authorized manager. Fine, but then when my mother (the owner) tried to go into the system to authorize him it would not accept our billing zip code which has literally been the same the entire time we've had the account (over a decade) nor the answer to her security question. The people in the store did little to help and overall were useless. I get trying to follow company policy, but when there's clearly a glitch in the system you have to provide some sort of solution. Terrible customer service!

Very bad experience with Tim and the Mgr, Frank. Not only did they fail to go the extra mile, they wouldn't go an inch to help with our situation. They even overrode a Verizon Corp directive to comply with our request. Steve, on the other hand, jumped in and was very helpful.

Wasn't too busy. Phone was acting up. Couldn't be fixed. Getting a replacement phone sent to me. Very helpful. They tried everything to fix it.
