I have gone here for years. Bought tires here but found their other services to be affordable and efficient. Mike and Ken are so nice to deal with. They fit me in where no one else would for a new battery that was less than anywhere else by $10.

My name is Eduardo Terrence, I live in the state of Florida. Our apartment got flooded back in November 2016, after I had a slip and fall on the apartment premises. We did not have the right rental insurance, there the bill came up to $122000, they asked us to pay but we didn't have money so I agreed to pay and made a payment plan and they refused and put eviction on my credit. I did not realize that eviction was on my credit until last 3 months I was trying to buy a house, and then the realtor told me that my credit score was 501, I wasn't qualified for anything. I want to buy a house; I want to buy properties and start a business. I needed help and I found ROOTKITS CREDIT SPECIALIST here, they are good and kind credit repair team. They pulled my score to 800, deleted the eviction and other negative item on my report, and added good trade lines. I got everything I wanted and even more. Thanks to the entire team. Contacts:

Had a great experience. The technician fixed and diagnosed the problem (a loose belt) quickly for a reasonable price.

Second set of tires I've bought from this location. Very knowledgeable guys and gave me the best price. They fill out all the rebate paperwork and make it so easy. I used to go to Townfair but these guys have better pricing and put the right tire on your vehicle.

I bought my Nissan Juke from Nissan of Concord. They were absolutely horrible and tried to sell me a great cars with horrible tires. I came to Good year when debating buying my car from Nissan to have them check the tires. The Goodyear guy we got to check the tires happened to be the manager, Norm. He told me that Nissan was trying to sell me a car with bad tires, but it was a great car. Norm helped me make my car decision which went way above and beyond his job. He checked my tires and told me he would rotate them for FREE! He also has given me incredible deals on any tires I buy. This is now the ONLY place I ever come to for tires, service, etc. They have gotten my mother and I as loyal customers and we stongly recommend anybody we know to come here.

This has become my go-to shop for auto maintenance in Concord. I appreciate that they keep careful records of service on my car and recommend preventative maintenance before problems arise. I see it as a middle way between dealerships that can provide comprehensive service at a high price and independent garages that will repair what you ask them to but may not keep track of what needs to happen in advance of trouble. I have been to Goodyear twice for oil changes and related service and once for an inspection. I expect I will be back for the next regular servicing.

We just in there for a state inspection and was told that they wouldn't pass me unless I bought new wiper blades. When I asked to see a demonstration of the poor condition my blades were in, they were fine. "Well, it leaves a little residue...," I was told. Yeah, but it's not obscuring the view, they're not new but there're not bad. After discussing it, the feller said he would let it go... Like he was doing me a big favor. Then, he said he found some BS on my registration and wouldn't be able to pass me. The car is a little over a year old! Give me a break. So I told the guy to forget it at which time he demanded to be paid $40 (nevermind the fact the place across the street does it for $20 - shame on me for thinking it was a standard price). After blustering about what a bunch of crap it was the guy gave me my key and didn't charge me. So why am I mad? They tried to hose me on $46 worth of windshield wipers I didn't need and then got mad that they were caught trying to rip me off and refused to do the emissions... But would I go ahead and pay them? They pegged me as a dumbass, but this dumbass wasn't going to let them get over on me. Don't be a dumbass, don't go there. P.S. DMV just told me that the issue they discovered on my registrations shouldn't have disqualified my car from getting emissions... Crooked mofos!!!!

Representatives: Friendly enough, however when confronted with the fact that they were flagrantly overcharging me, deflected blame on the make of my car, stating "Oh, Volkswagen, they use cheap stuff." Service Rendered: I would trust them for tire alignment, replacement. I bought my tires from online, shipped there, and they did an admirable and well-priced job putting them on. However, when it came to my state inspection and repairs necessary for that inspection, they tried to gouge me for $1650, where my VW dealership states they would only charge $950. I am used to dealership price being the highest, a $700 differential is absolutely absurd here. Overall Impression: Bad taste left in my mouth by not owning up to the high price. I believe it borders on the dishonest, however if they are being told from corporate that they must charge that much for the services and materials, then at least tell the consumer that. Don't just say "Volkswagen uses cheap stuff.' Because they don't. Would I Recommend?: Absolutely not. Will I Return?: Even though they did good job with tire replacement and alignment, I will not be returning. Dishonesty is one thing I cannot tolerate in a business.
