What’s there not to say about Healthy Heart!! The entire staff from the time you call on the phone to your in person visits are thorough, kind and they always find time to accommodate you in a timely manner. They are an unbelievably experienced and caring team of professionals that feel more like extended family to you and your animals than just a medical advisor. We’ve been with Joanne for over a dozen years and it’s wonderful to see her business grow with adoration and customer base but also in physical size along with the development of her new facility with all of the modern amenities a practice would need. It’s set in a beautiful and rural area with pastures and horses, yet it’s only minutes from Concord and easily accessible from Route 106. I can’t recommend this business enough to anyone that cares and loves for their animals like their own family.

I absolutely love Joanne, the vet. She is literally amazing. She is very experienced and knows her "stuff." I've been going to her for 10 years now. The atmosphere is wonderful. It's beautiful there with all the horses and land. The staff has always been so pleasant and helpful. They can get you in the books in a timely manner. She will help over the phone and through pics and texts if need be. ALSO, she does home visits if need be. I don't even live in Loudon and I go out of my way to go there and frankly, I always will. I highly recommend her services for your fur babies!

I love the entire staff! My dog is not the easiest for them to take care of and they are all still very kind to her. I can’t say thank you enough to all of them. I love how much Dr. Fontaine loves animals. She is very caring.

Joanne is a great person. She cares for all our animals for their entire lives. 14 years for my dog. She was there for the whole family when we had to put Pup to rest.I don't like people, I love Joanne.My daughter worked there out of highschool.Joanne knows her stuff. I'm proud to say She's our Vet.
