12/11/25 Today just an oil change. But we also needed a wheel bearing replaced. The work was done quickly and sooner than quoted. I appreciate Kezar’s expertise with Subaru’s. We have two. And I won’t get out of warranty work done at the dealership again. Highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed!
Left down to lack of good communication and significant increase in pricing. We now have recently learned that two of the repairs they said they did was never done correct. Two jobs totalling over $3000 that now we need to have redone but with extra repairs due to the bad repair. Fyi ur cars are are both only a few years old!!

Overpriced for tune up to my vehicle. I have 15 different vehicle and was looking for someone local to work with. $2200 for a tune up is ridiculous.

Under new ownership, they messed up twice changing my summer tires to the winter tires and gave me a really high estimate on some work I need done. I would stay clear until they either get their business straightened out or they go out of business 😕.

I've known Dave since the late 80's, great guy so we began bringing our vehicles to his shop in 2019 and experienced excellent service... until he sold to Auto Disaster Plus. I asked to have my tires rotated clockwise including the spare, but could tell by my TPMS they did not do as I requested. Convinced my mom to bring her Rav4 in for an oil change, then she notices an oil spot in her driveway. I crawled underneath (not an easy task with a Rav4) and saw oil dripping from the new filter. Tightened it by hand a quarter turn and finished with a filter wrench. (needed to drive back home to get one.) Wife brought her Jeep in for new tires. I noticed two days later 3 of her locking lug nuts were not seated tight, a full turn off. The 4th was about 4 turns from coming completely off. That was the final straw. Sorry guys, three strikes and your out. I hate to leave cause they're 5 minutes from my house, but am currently shopping for a new service facility.

My first time there and I will be back! They were flexible with scheduling and have reasonable pricing. Better than others I have checked out. They also ensured to put air in my tires that were low. Staff were super friendly as well. Highly recommend!
