They gave me a three-ton jack for free, helped me with the repair, checked on me while I was working on the car, and assisted me with numerous tools throughout the process.

“I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I stopped in one day with my family just wanting to test drive a few Explorers and get a better idea of what I liked. Chip came right out to help us, and from the very beginning he was so kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. He never made us feel rushed or pressured and even gave us a route to take for the test drives so we could really get a feel for each one.
One thing that really stood out to me was how great Chip was with my kids. He included them in the experience, talked and joked around with them, and made them feel welcome too.
