Put a "be back in 20 min" sign on the door and proceeded to take Longer than 45. They're in there but not opening. Annoying and a waste of customers time. Left because I was sick of waiting. No idea how long it took them to open after that.

The old lady cashier told me I didn’t need a mask. I ignored her. She raised her voice to me and said it again. I said, Well I do. She literally demanded to know why I needed a mask, as if I owe her ANY explanation.. She’s a cashier, not my doctor. She has no clue what health conditions I have. She has NO BUSINESS advising people on masks. John is the manager and evidently doesn’t answer phone calls. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

BEWARE: CASHIER MAY STEAL YOUR MONEY! Cashier stole $2 from me tonight. I purchased $21 in Megabucks advanced play and Powerball w power play (i normally don't so didn't know how much power play was). Got home, saw my tickets and combined total was $21. The middle-aged female cashier with a straight face told me my total was $23. I paid $25 cash and she handed $2 change. What an absolute despicable person. Never returning here again.

Middle-aged female cashier tonight just robbed me of $2 on my Megabucks and Powerball purchases. Told me my total was $23 and I noticed when I got home to see the tickets the total was actually $21 (see photos). Can't believe she did that with a straight face. I'm an ordinary worker in between jobs rn FFS! I paid $25 cash and got $2 in change. Never going here again.

Horrible service. Went in for a couple packs of cigarettes a couple slices of pizza and some snacks but the older lady who was working new years morning had zero costumer service, and was beyond rude. At first I bought a pack of cigarettes and a few little Debbie snacks and paid with cash, but i also needed to buy another pack of cigarettes and some more snacks with my google pay app, which I've never used before. When i went to pay i was having a hard time with the reader on the key pad cause with it being my first time i didn't know how to use it correctly, and the whole time she was just being difficult about me not being able to figure it out. After probably five or so minutes of frustrations I decided to step away from the counter and try and figure out what was wrong. I spent probably another ten minutes trying to find a solution on my phone and thought I might have an easier time if i found some decent wifi so i left and told her i would be right back. While i was in the parking lot she fallowed me out and asked if I wasn't going to buy the items, so i told her i just needed to find some wifi to figure out what was wrong and smoke a cigarette then she had pointed out that i had dropped one of my little Debbie snacks. I said "Oh, thank you" then she asked "Did you pay for that one???" accusing me of possibly stealing it, I assured her that I did pay for it and asked "Why? Do you think i stole it or something?" to which she responded "Well you never know." l was absolutely furious with her total lack of respect towards me as a costumer, and decided to take my business to the 7-Eleven on Beech and Valley, where the cashier was kind and helpful, even helped me out by showing me how to pay with my google pay properly. Unfortunately they didn't have any cheese pizza made at the time though. So I thought I would just stop back at the Queen City ave 7-Eleven again to get that, since I now knew how to pay with my phone, and it was closer to my destination anyways. When i got back to the Queen City 7-Eleven though I asked the lady if she had any pizza made, she said she hadn't made any yet, so i asked when she was planning on making some, and she told me she didn't know, cause she's really busy, and had a lot of stuff to get done, which i know was a lie cause when i came into the store she was just standing behind the register doing nothing. I started to get annoyed that she was completely disregarding the fact that a customer wants pizza and doing nothing about it, even though I was trying to be polite and not demand a pizza be made, so I tried to hint that she should be doing something about the problem again by saying "You're gonna have to make pizza at some point anyways," and she told me "No, I don't," and then went on to say "Your card didn't work anyways" and began to complain about how she had to cancel out the items she had rang up for me. At this point I was completely livid with her attitude and total lack of customer service. So I told her that the my card not working previously was completely irrelevant and that I solved that problem anyways. After briefly having to argue with her about the whole thing I eventually was able to get her to put a pizza in but i had to pay for it first, and the whole time I was putting my phone up to the reader, cause it was still being a little difficult but was working, she kept telling me with an attitude "Its still not working," "Its still not working." In the end i got my pizza, but I've never been treated so badly by a cashier in my life. That woman has NO business dealing with customers, and needs to know that it is absolutely NOT okay to treat paying customers that way.
