Alin(the owner) is one of the most stand up guys I've met in the 30 years of being a service manager and a European auto technician.
Me and one of my best friends drove over 2 hours to look at the 2014 Mercedes E350 4matic sedan and it was even better than Alin said it was on the phone!
I dont know to say about the customers giving a stand up dealership like Alin's a bad review.
All I can say is check out your used car thoroughly(it is a used vehicle after all), and run a carfax before buying any used car.
It also helps to buy cars from reputable dealerships/people like Alin.

We spent weeks looking for a car. After test driving several cars that just weren't right (significant maintenance or wear and tear, etc), Advance Auto was our last stop. Alen stayed late for us to arrive.
The car was pristine, Alen was professional and easy to work with and made no attempts at trying to sell us useless warranties. His communication before and after the sale were prompt and courteous.
Highly recommend. He is willing to work with you and wants to sell cars. Our son is extremely happy with his new vehicle.

This has been the best car buying experience we've ever had. Alen was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The entire process went smoothly and quickly. We absolutely love our VW Touareg, very fairly priced. We don't know any used car dealers who offer any warranty so were very happy with that also. Definitely would buy another car from Alen! (Hope you liked the gumbo!)

Beware. Owner sells broken cars. He will deliver you an automobile and if something is wrong he promises to have you repair it and re- emburse you for repairs. Then declines the promises he has made. Today I opened a case with NH BBB. NH State Attorneys Generals Office and the Vehicle Saftey Dept of NH DMV. So now let them investigate the issues. DO NOT BUY From this shifty low life - dirt bag dealer.

If God help me, people, I bought a car from this mamlaz, I bought rust, and the engine from Fiche. And even worse, when I started the car for the first time, the engine didn't even start. But the song Bosnian by Enes Begovic started, aaaaaajjjjjj to God, this is not a Bosnian, dear mother, may God help him.

I bought an Audi R9 from this shepherd. They say it's new with 900,000 miles on it. When I turned it on for the third time, the engine stalled. God bless him and his engine as soon as possible. And if he sets my car on fire, he's dead. I would continue how my grandfather abused her, but that's for another day if he survives.

Seemed like nice people and seemed like we got an ok vehicle....not even 3000 miles later, we're replacing a manifold and struts....$7000 repair. It was past 3 month dealer warranty, so pretty much SOL. According to where we had repairs completed, the things replaced would've been known to seller, but were not disclosed at sale....that's where the "as-is" comes into play....buyer beware.

I would give it a zero if possible. The deal was made. vehicle needed 2 rear tires. DZ told us he would replace the 2 rear tires and match them to the fronts, sent me a message next morning telling me he was having all 4 replaced. Cost for the 2 to match front was probably more than all 4 cheaper tires. Tires were to be replaced on Monday. Went to the bank to get the check. Called number on paperwork, number did not exist. Looked website up for phone number still no good. This was all happening while sitting with loan agent at the bank. DZ called me and paperwork got processed and bank cut the check. Insurance was put on the car and I get a text that his boss said no on the deal, No money to have tires replaced. Boss was supposedly on vacation. What a poor business. Spent lots of time getting loan and all things ready sand then to say they changed there mind and the deal was not going to happen. Stay clear of this business.
