I believe both daycares need to be shut down because the same owner is a fake. I worked at the other establishment and I think they need a reality check personally. Working at alpha bits gives a bad meaning to all daycares. The staff is unprofessional and don’t know how to take care of their children when assigned in a classroom. Also got to watch out for backstabbers and liars

Alphabits is the worst … they lie on the kids eating chart sheets , the staff are very rude and unreasonable. All they care about is money , they do not care about your kids . My son was getting sick every so often and those sickness could have been avoided had they put preliminary swift action when one kid get sick to ensure there’s no spread . Nope they don’t care about kids health and safety . I was even told I can’t bring oatmeal for my kids unless I have a notes from the doctor !!!!! Really they just didn’t have time to feed a kid because there’s 3 caregiver in a class of at least 12 + babies and sometimes I would walk in there and there would be one staff . Take my advise and find somewhere else .

Horrible place, don't bring your child here my 4yrs old keeps complaining. I don't like this school mummy. Don't bring me here. My teacher always screamed at me, and the teacher always talked to me like that. The teacher said that to me, that's not good mummy. He's always crying in the morning at drop off, I spoke with management they were so defensive, and I had to pull my son out.

My son absolutely loves it here as do I! As a mom of four, I can tell you that my son is very well taken care of and loved :) He’s grown so much and has developed quite a bond with each of his teachers. He is just over two and is fully potty trained! The cleanliness is outstanding and his teachers have all been so great at communicating with me. Highly recommend.

Older woman who seems like she runs the place is extremely unprofessional and rude. I’m not sure how anyone can talk to this woman and still put your child in their care.

I am shocked that this daycare is rated 2 stars. Alpha-Bits Learning Center deserves 5 ? ??? ? for 2021. Alpha-Bits has nothing but the best interest for each child. They prove that everyday. I have experience other daycares and none can compare to ABLC. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Most importantly my daughter LOVES it! She has learned so much in a short period of time. The center always looks and smells clean.

I had my son in this daycare for six months and at first it was amazing. after a while my son 8 month old son was coming home with bite marks and unexplained bruises. When I asked the daycare working what happened they said they didn't know he must have got hurt. After a month of this I decided to pay a surprise visit to see my son. He was crying in a crib with a dirty diaper. He was drinking someone else's bottle. When I asked why he was being treated that why they said they didn't expected me so early and he was A BAD BOY. He was only 8 MONTHS old. He had a severe diaper rash. In March of 2017 Alpha-bits was on the news for abusing CHILDREN!!!!!!!

The worse place for a child. It broke my heart everytime I pickup my child from this place. My child had an eye infection from birth and they would not clean her, sometimes I would pick her up and her eye would not even open.I would bring her lunch and snacks and they would returned saying she would not eat.Its a kid if you are taking care of them, you have to chase to make sure they eat. This horrible place wont do that for you. They charge you even if you dont bring your child. Do not bring your child here...thanks God I found a better place

I Interviwed multiple childcares in the are, I did not like Alpha-Bits. When I looked inside the classroom, there was 1 big toy on the floor the rest was hung up and put away when asked why, the director responded, if the toys were out the kids would make a mess of them. DUH that's what kids do. I couldn't believe this, this is showing the children that what they are doing is wrong and it is not..My son is VERY independent, if I put him in this childcare I would feel like he would loose that. Alpha-bits seems like they have a good curriculum, but that's about it. and overall, it's too military structured. These are kids and you can not make them read a book when it is time to read a book. Let them have some freedom and learn to be independent.
