“I lived here for the past year while attending graduate school and was really impressed with the management team. They genuinely care about building a sense of community, decorating for holidays, organizing events, and even hosting breakfast and pizza parties. Their effort made living here enjoyable.

The location was great—I loved being close to my school, yoga studio, and downtown. The apartments are nice, and maintenance is easy to reach and very responsive. The heating and cooling system is a bit quirky. On the ground (2nd) floor, I never needed AC, but winters were very chilly, likely due to the large windows. If you're moving into a ground floor unit, expect to keep the heat on regularly.”

I'd like to take a moment to really highlight these really beautiful apartments, and the amenities. Above all else, though, the on site staff is outstanding!!! Maddie, Lindsey & Matt are always so cheerful, warm and personable. Wether its helping me put work orders in, holding a package, or answering simple questions, the office team is top tier!”

“Just read some of the negative reviews on here and I’m assuming they’re from difficult to work with tenants, my recommendation is to take it with a grain of salt. My opinion is that this place is great, especially for Manchester. Wonderful to walk around the neighborhood here any time of day and feel safe, which is unheard of in Manchester. They have a heated indoor pool which is so relaxing after a long day at work. Laundry inside of the units is such a blessing and rare in Manchester! Libby & Cathy are absolutely delightful to work with and quick to respond. I pay a little extra for a renovated unit and it’s worth it. I love the look! And don’t forget the elevators here. Such a convenience to bring up all your groceries. (Pro tip: I have a foldable kids wagon I put in the back of my car just for the groceries to use in the elevator.) But they do provide a cute hotel cart in each building for the tenants to use.This place is great.”
