The regional manager of this place needs to refresh their staff in their customer service. Our business are new to the area and I went in there for two consecutive days to get a box of Joe (a box of coffee) and I was only handed the box with the coffee. During those two days the sales person didn't seem to understand my need for cups after selling me a box of coffee. When I asked for cups to pour the coffee that was sold to me, I was treated like I've been given her attitude when all I was asking the sales rep for was cups to distribute the coffee to my workers. During those two days, I know the rest of the staff there was listening and didn't even try to correct her, when all I was asking for was cups to put the coffee into. How the heck is a box of coffee being sold to me and not want to give me cups for the amount of coffee I bought. I specifically told her that I'm taking the coffee to a place where we didn't have cups and she got uncomfortable and told me that she couldn't just sell me cups. I told her that everywhere they sell boxes of coffee they automatically give you cups, toppers, creamer and sugar. The first day she made me pay for milk, I didn't fuss about it because I didn't want to irritate the female that was helping me. But she still kind of gave me a feeling that I irritated her by just asking for cups. Unbelievable right? honestly, during those two days of just getting my staff coffee I was very irritated by the staff's reaction of me just asking for cups. But since she's a food server and I'm sure they go through some stuff dealing with difficult people, I didn't want to be another one. Every single time I asked, I was polite and soft spoken. So, her attitude towards me infuriated me a little and that's when I told her that other businesses normally don't react dismissive when the client only asks for basic utensils to consume the product they just bought. anyway, as much as I enjoyed this brand's coffee, I rather drive further to get my coffee. As a business owner, I wouldn't want that girl running the front register.

We are visiting from out of state and stopped in to get coffee this morning 3/7/24. We wanted to support a locally owned coffee shop. Our plan was to enjoy our coffee seated inside as it would be nice to get out of the hotel room for a little while before I start my remote training all day.I ordered a latte. The barista was impatient, rolling her eyes at me as she rushed me to choose from the variety of flavors. She was rude to my husband as well when he ordered his coffee with heavy cream. She snapped at him as she told him that they don’t have heavy cream. Why wouldn’t a coffee shop have heavy cream? Either way, it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it.She was so unpleasant that we decided to just take our coffee to go. The latte wasn’t hot and the coffee was average at best. Will not be returning.

Great variety of flavored coffees and iced drinks, and there is also usually a pretty nice range of baked goods and treats. It is a nice alternative from donuts if you are looking for something a little different, and their coffee is pretty great. I've stopped in several times in different days and always had great service also - super friendly and fast.

I generally stop on Sunday mornings. I see the same loyal group of men having coffee at a table in the front. The place is always busy inside and the drive thru is just as busy.The girls smile and are nice even when someone is rude. They hold their composure which is commendable. I will see you again next Sunday for my peanut butter coffee.

I come here everyday and I just absolutely love the staff that works here. They’re always so friendly and treat you like family. they get my coffee right everyday and same with the rushes! I wanted to try a new flavor today and one of them told me about the ‘secret menu’ and I chose a number and absolutely loved the rush I got!

I just sat in the coffee shop for about twenty minutes and over that time six veterans walked in asking about the free coffee offered today. Not a single one was thanked for their service by an employee. You are never to busy to say thank you.

I go through the drive thru for 2 drinks and a bagel with cream cheese, one drink is messed up completely and they forgot to give me cream cheese. I totally understand that it’s busy but, come on, it’s literally a 3 item order that took way longer then needed to be prepared and was wrong! I’ll stick to going to the Aromas in Derry.

Terrible expierence frozen hash browns on almost every visit. They never answer their phone. Employees are great to interact with but the food is not so good. Coffee is extremely bland. Not pleased with customer service.

Ordered a latte but the taste was miserable. Could not taste the coffee at all. Its a shame that the entire cup of coffee had to drained.
