Not only did they find room for me to be seen for a broken tooth on short notice, but they listened to my concerns, explained what I needed done, and even took me while I am currently a patient being seen in their bedford office! To me that is really what shows I matter!

The Manchester Office is a complete joke, do not go here.. I've been a patient here for over 13 years. I come ever 6 months for my routine cleaning & exam, I've never had a cavity. Now they push me away constantly telling me they don't have hygienist available and/or they need to examine me first to determine the type of cleaning I need then reschedule a cleaning for another appointment time. Often they try to make me get full X-rays each 6 month visit as a money grab saying it's their 'office policy'. Poor service and even worse management. No thanks, my time and teeth are worth more to me.

If I could give Aspen dental 10 stars I would. They were able to get me in the very next day even though they were extremely busy. Everybody there from the Doctor, to her Assistant, to the administrative People were friendly, caring, Gentle and professional. I was very unhappy with my current dentist who also couldn't help me. So I tried aspen because they have a good reputation. I called my dentist to ask them to Please forward my records to Aspen Because I will never use another dental practice. I was beyond impressed with everyone there and how they care for their patients.

I truly love all of the women at aspen dental. They are so devoted to their work. I am blessed to have chosen them to do the work on my mouth that gave me back a beautiful set off teeth and the ability to smile again!!

I was told not to go here by a coworker because they “try to upsell you procedures you don’t want or don’t need by convincing you it’s required for your oral health”. I ignored that thinking I’m only going for a consult to quote a single tooth removal.The Dr came in and suggested I remove both wisdom teeth and I said I only wanted one removed as I was paying out of pocket and only the one tooth ever caused me any issues in the last 12 years. She offered to do it that day and I said no because again I was paying out of pocket.I sat there for 30 minutes before I was seen, and 15 after waiting for the paperwork to see the financial girl. The assistant hands me over to finance and tells her to quote me for both teeth. I told the girl I only wanted the one and so she had to “get permission” to remove the second tooth off the order. They then quote me nearly $800 for the oral surgeon and anesthesia. I tell her for one tooth I don’t need anesthesia so she then has to get permission again to change the order for just Novocain.She then comes back and says the Dr will only remove the tooth with Novocain if I have her do it today or tomorrow and it’s still $700… I told her that this is exactly why I was told not to come to them and I should have listened.It’s very clear they care more about sales than patient care. I used to work in collections and the wording of certain things and dancing around changing orders reminded me of trying to get a sale/payment in collections.

Poor experience, wasn’t really walked through any of my diagnosis , xray pictures were extremely rough whatever scanner was used in my mouth was too large and painful for mouth , felt like everything was being jammed in. All of this was for a cleaning that I booked and never got , because no one told me about the full exam before hand . And on top of it all looking through all the paperwork I was going to be way overcharged for things that my insurance in fact did cover when they said it didn’t

I’m very disappointed I looked and it said that walk-ins are welcome and that they fix broken dentures. They did not give me the time of day unless I would buy their dentures or go take a consultation to get their dentures so if they can’t fix dentures that did not make they shouldn’t advertise that they fix dentures, All they was to upsell and to try to get me to buy their dentures. Very disappointed will not go there again..

Manchester, NH office is fantastic. Great office staff, great dentists. HOWEVER, they have a Corporate office and call center that harasses you. I legit received 4 calls in the span of 5 hours on Dec 13th, 9 calls Dec 19th. It's too much, it is harassment. I ended up cancelling my upcoming appointments simply because I can't take all the calls and repeat emails asking me daily to confirm an appointment I already confirmed. The staff is great, you won't find better people, but I highly recommend going anywhere but here.

Something is horribly lacking at this place. They have canceled on me three times in a row and I haven't been able to get in for a cleaning for over a year. I have been putting a lot of money into fixing years of neglect on my part and my dental health is now taking a big hit because I can't get in there to get any of the work done that I need. I told them I have cavities that are bothering me but now I'm going to have to find another place that takes my insurance because I can't afford to have them cancel on me again. Stay away, stay far away.

I just came back from.the oral surgeon at Aspen. Completely painless. A big thanks to Dr. Bateman and all the staff at Aspen. They all care and encouraging. Highly recommend them

I was not going to write this until treatment is completed. however since Aspen is solicitating the review, here goes.Very sorry I came here instead of a regular practice .Came for a broken tooth on a full upper denture They repaired the tooth but insisted I have New Patient X-Rays and exam.X-Rays completed and Dr. Jay came for approximately 3 minutes. Had me move my jaw and told me "People should have two sets of Dentures incase one breaks, like eye glasses". Which I later found out from another Dentist is Nonsense.Then no consultation from Dr. Jay instead a Business Associate named Allison Robinson sat me down with a print out of work I needed including Bottom Dentures. Price over 8000 dollars. I refused and she said she would give me a "Summer Special" bringing the price down. She never told me there was different tiers of Dentures or other options such as supported dentures. Once she ran a credit application and found out my credit is good she had me scheduled for the more expensive dentures. She also said she spoke with my Dental Insurance and they approved their end . Later I found this not to be true as the insurance was denied (in all fairness office manager Christina claims she got it approved).Now for the work. my Bottom teeth were pulled. the immediate denture was way to large and would not stay in. I told them that right away but they sent me home claiming it was my tongue pushing on it. Not true. I went home and the denture fell into my throat. Went back 72 hours later and told them once again that it was made to large. They filled it inside and out with a white soft reline that did nothing but pushed my lower lip out.Next another reline . it made the denture fit better but after two weeks the front of the Denture was falling apart! I went back for another reline the scraped the mess out of the Denture, relined again . Now I am just waiting to see if it stays together. All these appointment and no contact with the Actual Dentist, just assistants.There is more but I am stopping here. I feel I was way over charged for very poor service and an upper plate I never needed and an extremely poorly made lower immediate Denture.If things change and are made right, I will update you. This is one of three reviews I will be writing. I am waiting for the completion of my work for the other two. I am giving Aspen the benefit of the Doubt. I forgot to mention the appointment they scheduled to make a wax mold of my upper pallet but would not do it due to fix-a-dent on me existing Denture. Instead of allowing me to brush it off they rescheduled the appointment. Dr. Jay blamed it on the assistant stating " she should have told you this". All the same I missed work and lost more money due to their error. Of course no mention of making it right. Want personal quality care, go to a private practice. Want fast food Dentistry, come here.

Everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was amazing and took the time to explain everything to me. The office manager Christina was awesome too! She really helped me find the best financial option to get my work completed. I would recommend Aspen Dental in Manchester to anyone!

EVERYONE there was wonderful!! I was extremely nervous and every employee that I came in contact with put me at ease. They explained everything to me with respect and understanding. I will definitely recommend Aspen. They all make one great team.
