Going to BJ's has really saved some $$ along the way, between their own gas station (which they should have more of lol) and the ability to clip coupons on the regular, great deals truly. Yes you are buying more quantity most times, however if you compare to what you pay for the smaller packaging. The value of buying more is less. Although got to say their milk prices are, eh. LoL. It's worth joining to experience the deals for yourself. Just be sure to download the BJ's app so you clip the digital coupons as well as their coupon booklet located in the front. *Membership is required*

No mountain dew on the floor, the employee was in the lift taking things down asked about the soda, he said he was too busy, well good for him! I'm not too busy to shop somewhere else then, horrible service

Absolutely appalling on the behavior from the employees at this location. Just joined last night. Went into the store to take a peek around to see what I just paid for as I was leaving. Some psycho lady comes screaming at the top of her lungs”HEY YOU STOP I HAVE TO SEARCH YOUR BAG” I naturally said why she answered. “ITS THE LAW” hi answered well, that’s a lie. She said simply well it’s our law and I was told to search your bag I said by who she said her manager, and as she said it, she glimpse up at the gentleman standing behind the glass in attack stance so he comes spinning around at me like we were going to fight. I asked him for an explanation after I had already given her my bag, as well as asked the woman to step to the side and stop embarrassing me as three or four people had already walking right by us wearing backpacks.. after she searched, discovered nothing all said and done i question the street clothes no credential wearing manager, and ask them why me he said well it’s store policy we search everybody with bags. I ask to see where it says that he showed me a little sign tucked in the corner so no one can see it I said well you guys should really put that somewhere a little better as I shook his hand after I quickly regretted that gesture when he gave me a smart xxx remark no apology, know nothing still continuing, treating me like shxx simply walked away, like it was nothing the gentleman had no uniform no id no nothing but the need to charge at me like he was going to fight me absolutely despicable……

This place is super racist and profile customers who are back and Hispanics. Dylam is an employee who does the check out receipts and he has SPECIFICALLY targeted customers who are of POC and NOT people who are white. This complaint is on video and brought to management last summer. I filed a formal complaint and spoke to some one on the phone who assured me it would be handled especially since I had footage. I told Dylan to his face what he was doing was wrong when I saw this happening. The manager assured me I wasn't being watched or profiled even through at self checkout the lights BLINK for anyone POC for a check on items ALL the time but not the white people. It's crazy. Anyways NO one contacted me or the GM like I was told on the emails and it was near impossible to file a complaint bc I responded and they said I didn't and my complaint was closed. A few weeks ago to my surprise Dylan was still there at the door. He stopped me and questioned my Cart and told me I was missing something and implied I was stealing. I had not and an employee rang me up. He is a POS employee with an unprofessional attitude that needs to be TERMINATED at how he spoke to me and accused me. Guess what. I was shopping for FULL scholarship athlete players bc I am the mom of a D1 athlete players and getting their snacks for their dorm. I was on my way to drop off items and here I am again profiled by Dylan...accused of stealing and not handling it properly by saying...oh sorry miss looks like an item hadn't been scanned in...let's go back and take care of this. NOPE. The employees there are rude and not helpful when u ask a damn thing. I made a scene I was so mad and the manager came over and told me he was " special needs and had issues" like what? Accusing me of being a theif and not handling it properly is insane. Maybe he shouldn't be doing the door and just so funny again he didn't check any white people but he checked me.... hmmmmm. The manager comped me the item for my troubles and said they would talk to him. I canceled my membership and out 50 and then reinstated it to come back since it's closer to my house Tha Costco and this is the s*** employee and manager I had to deal with. POC beware at self check out...walking in the store and being watched by employees and racial profiling at checkout and God forbid and EMPLOYEE...and EMPLOYEE make a mistake ringing you in you get called a their and a shoplifter and treated like garbage by them. ESPECIALLY DYLAN who need to go. Oh ya and once and eldery employee at self checkout counted my cart and items rang in and NO ONE ELSE...Get bent... I'm only going in there if imperative and may cancel again. I will record again and take this further if no action is taken with corporate again somehow. Some way- or social media and post. Not a good look and also shop there for a big D1 school athletes.

I bought a book for $13.99. I put my groceries on bottom of carriage, book on top child seat . When I got home I realized I left it in carriage. I called Bjs and asked and was told to come in and look for it. I did call back later on that day.I spoke with Melissa. She was so helpful. She asked me a few questions and ask me to hold briefly. She then said to come In the manager said he will let me get another book. She not only did that. She went and got the book and brought it to service desk for me.Bravo!!!!! She was such a wonderful and helpful associate. II truly appreciate all she did and feel it needs to be recognized.The Monday April 10th in the afternoon . When I picked it up she was on break. the gentlemen at the counter knew I was, coming and got the book immediately.I am having surgery this coming Monday as I told Melissa.Thank you very much,Small things mean a lot.Donna Zak

Although I usually don't like it when products in the store are reset, I found several items I didn't realize they carried in the last reset. And if you go on weekends, there are usually lots of free samples to try out. My only issue is the traffic flow to get to the gas pumps, but the discount is usually worth it. :-)

Gas station attendant let's people go the wrong way to get gas. It causes too many issues. I literally left twice because of this without being able to get gas. I will be cancelling my membership!

1.15lb Planters Delux Pistachio Peanuts $16.99 @ BJ's but on Amazon for $9.98! ⛽️ has been more $ there too than at my local gas station. Always out of 3-4 things I'm there for.

I called ahead 3 hours prior to see if I could get ONE tire put on a rim to be mounted and balanced. I never got a call back, and decided to come in. I get there and it took the “technician” about 25 minutes to come out just for him to say the tire wasn’t there (when I called ahead and they did have it) and him not wanting to do it. The dude seemed tired, lazy, unknowledgeable and to be honest seemed like he was off something. I’m canceling my membership and never coming here again. Thanks BJ’s manchester! ?
