“I can't say enough good things about Queen City Auto Body. After my white GMC was involved in an accident, the entire passenger side was badly damaged—from part of the front bumper and headlight all the way down to the passenger door. I visited several body shops for estimates, but Queen City Auto Body stood out from the rest.
Not only did they offer a much more reasonable price, but they also completed the repairs in about two weeks, which was faster than I expected. Most importantly, the quality of their work was outstanding. When I got my vehicle back, it honestly looked like the accident had never happened. The paint matched perfectly, the body lines were flawless, and every repaired area looked factory new. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship truly exceeded my expectations.
The staff was professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. It's hard to find an auto body shop that combines excellent customer service, fair pricing, fast turnaround, and top-quality workmanship, but Queen City Auto Body delivered on all of it.

Have known Jason since he was a young man learning “car knowledge” from his extremely knowledgeable & teacher Dad who also taught at Manchester Comm College. Jason also attended auto body school in the Midwest. Now Jason’s son is 3rd Generation! Jason as his Dad “knows vehicles inside & out literally” and is extremely honest. He’ll be clear on available options and associated costs; what is needed immediately, and what may be delayed, with safety the primary impetus. “Every employee I talked to was so nice and helpful, they worked with my insurance so all I had to do was pay them the deductible. The inside of my car was embarrassingly filthy when I dropped it off—and they vacuumed, cleaned the windows, and dusted it for me, which was (literally) a breath of fresh air when I drove it home!! I saw the reviews saying this but wasn’t expecting much considering how bad my car was with pet hair and crumbs…I am sooo grateful to have a car that is not only fixed, but clean now too!! Key took my car in the next day and had it back to me in a week and a half. “My parents recommended Eastern Auto to me after having brought their cars here multiple times and had great experiences. I was in an accident where I left the road and damaged a lot of things under my truck. The whole time Eastern had my truck they were very good about reaching out to me and giving me updates on what was going on and the work they planned on doing. They were in more contact with me than my own insurance company. When I got it back there was an issue with a gasket which lead to transmission fluid leaking out. They immediately sent out their own tow company to my house and took it back to fix the issue. I also had oil stains in my seats, which they also immediately addressed and took it back to clean it when I came to pick it up. I would HIGHLY recommend Eastern Auto Body to everyone and will be using them in the future if needed!”

Despite it being done through the holidays, the people I dealt with were very accommodating and their process made for a very smooth experience. “I got an unexpected flat tire in close proximity to Sergio’s repair shop and asked for his assistance. He got me right in and found that I had a puncture in the tire. He had it fixed in a matter of minutes. His credit card machine was down and I wasn’t carrying cash, to my astonishment he said not to worry about it. I told him that I would return just as soon as I could locate an ATM. I returned and compensated him and thanked him for trusting me. I can certainly understand why he has such loyal customers. Well deserved.”
