“Brought my 4 month old Scrosstrek in for body work after an accident. The car itself is back to looking new and the people at the shop were great to work with. Despite it being done through the holidays, the people I dealt with were very accommodating and their process made for a very smooth experience. I dropped my car off, was handed the keys to a very nice rental on site and waited to hear back on the repairs being completed. After a month and days waiting for the appointment, (which we had been informed in the pre-crash review that the parts would be ordered) we have almost two weeks of waiting, with nothing specific yet. We know that it happens because we call, we insist (select in the form to update the jobs, not at all). In the future, I will update, whenever the completion of the work happens. In the meantime, the rented car continues to accumulate days. Thank you very much![Update]Despite the wait, the end was SPECTACULARLY IMPRESSIVE, an impeccable job and well done.
