While the repair itself is taking way longer than anyone anticipated, Bill and Mark went completely above and beyond by contacting Stellantis directly to assist and secure a loaner vehicle for me. It is rare to find this level of dedication and care when dealing with a stressful, extended repair. Highly recommend Bill, Mark, and the entire service team here!”

“I had a great experience. They were able to fit me in for an oil change the same day that I called and helped me more than I was expecting. They did an inspection of the vehicle as well and thank goodness they did because they found some major issues that they made me aware of so that I was able to get them taken care of and drive a safe car. Their prices are affordable and their staff is very personable and friendly! I highly recommend!”
“Extremely honest & fair pricing. Looking out for their customers s not only for their mufflers but their pocketbooks. Brought a friend of mine in an 82-year-old woman that needed pieces of her muffler replaced and they did not rip her over the coals. In fact, they made multiple suggestions to her offered recommendations on what she should or could possibly do now, and if something happened, what could be done down the road. Evan, the repair person/ face of your operation went above and beyond to make sure that not only my friend understood what was needed and necessary for her vehicle, but there was another older couple there at the time and they left very happy with their replaced muffler. I would highly recommend any Lou's custom exhaust. I've had. Good luck with both the one in Manchester and also the one in Nashua. I can't speak to the other ones but I'm sure they're all fantastic. They treat you with respect and I appreciate that economy and society.”

“Mike took care of me with a heavily modified 2010 GT500. I spent 1.5 years looking for a mechanic/shop to do a much needed 4 wheel alignment on the car. Due to the modifications, and lack of specs in my possession (purchased vehicle with modifications already made), no one in the area would even attempt the job. Pro-Image was referred to me via word of mouth, when I called approximately the 15th shop in attempt to make an appointment. Mike was put on the phone, and his tone of voice told me everything. Not only was he confident he could do the work extremely well, but he also explained why I could trust him to perform work on the vehicle. Not only did he agree, he offered to do it immediately, and offered to replace a few small parts to ensure the alignment stayed dialed in for longevity. My 2010 drives solid as a 2024 would off the lot, honestly probably more solid, and I had my car back with all work completed in hours, not days. Incredible place and will return time and time again, without a doubt. Thank you Mike, and Pro-Image.”

“I brought my 2011 VW GTI here several times and had a good experience every time, which is very rare with car service in these times.
My first encounter, I brought the GTI in for a second opinion. I had a “clunk” when I would accelerate or occasionally over bumps. I brought it in initially to a different VW/Audi specialist who told me I needed a new steering rack. This just didn’t seem right to me, so I brought it in for Jeremy to take a gander at. With a test drive and ten minutes under the car he figured out it was, in fact, a sway bar link… a $20 part, vs a $1600 part.
His prices are very fair, exceptionally so even, and his work is top notch. The next time I own a VW/Audi product it will certainly be serviced at JFJ.”

“Yesterday I had the good fortune of calling Werner Mazda inquiring on a Tesla SUV they had in stock, used. Today I went in and traded my car for the Tesla. I feel compelled to write a review, given the fact that honest, sincere, sales & service like this are seldom seen today.
From my interactions with the salesman Cameron, who has worked there for over a decade, to the Used car buyer Michael, to the Sales Mgr Rich, and lastly the well organized finance manager Ryan, I don't think I've ever worked with a group as interested in doing things as well as this group of guys. I hope this car will be the longest one I have ever kept, but if my needs changed, I would visit Werner Mazda again both for their new & used Mazdas, but also their diverse mix of quality used cars like my Tesla.
