Bait and switch liar. Did a mystery shop here. Called and maria offered me free phone and discounted phones to open a new line. When i came in they tried to charge tripple what i was offered. Buyer beware

Boost has been my cellphone provider for almost two decades. When I got a notification saying that I could get a trade in for very cheap, I jumped at the offer. Thankfully, this boost star was nearby. I don't remember the name of the woman maintaining the support desk, but she was very thorough and friendly to everyone. I just wish there was more light and color in the showroom.

Store used to be really good and customer based. Now it's about pocketing money and lying to customers increasing an illegitimate "activation" fee , the fee is free and all you have to do is take the sim for one phone and place it into another and they also use your online account to activate for free , and claim it's for the sim card cost. They used to charge 10-15 for activation in store. Not saying it's a scam but it has become heavily shady in their business practice.

Just came here from Derry and it was supposed to be open but isn't. Monday Oct 2, 2023 at 11 a.m. No hours on the door and the hours are obscured by a sign so that you can't even read them. Internet says it's supposed to be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

I broke my phone, went to the store today, want to get a new phone, it needed a sim card, the kid at the store told me he has none, and will not get any till the end of the month. I asked if there are any phones that do not need a sim card, he said no. s I went to cricket. the girl there was very helpful, she was going to try and keep my number for me, she called boost, my phone is not working, I could not receive a text from boost. the rep said I could go to the store and they could get me the pin I needed. so I go back, they kid remembered me, said he could get me a newer phone that is more money. i said no, I am going with cricket, but I need a transfer pin. can you call and get it for me, he now gives me attitude. says he is not talking to anyone. so good luck! I ended up leaving with no help from him! I got a new phone number with cricket. been with boost for over ten years, guess it was time to leave them! they have poor customer service!

Bought modem and service 2 hours ago. Does not work. Xfinity cannot help and Boost store does not issue refunds. Buyer beware!UPDATE: after four days of holds and transfers with customer service at Boost Mobile and Xfinity the end result was that I needed a live coax hook up to to activate service. The associate that sold me the modem insisted all I needed was a power supply. I was very misinformed by the sales rep in the store.

I hadn't any problems with Boost Mobile until they partner up with Dish Wireless this summer. I then lost cellular service at home and the cellular service was spotty when traveling; only in cities were the signal bars full. This forced me to switch to Consumer Cellular and I now have full cell coverage.
