The cashier was friendly, but the floorworker was a bit weird. They kept cussing loudly, which I wouldn't have minded if there wasn't children in the store.
What really bothered me is that this is the second time this happened. On April 12th, I came in the store with my sister, and bent down to tie my shoes. The same worker asked me if I was attempting to steal, which I of course denied, but continued to follow me around the store. It happened again last week on June 17th, where they continued to follow me and stare.
I don't know what is going on, but the vibe is making it an uncomfortable shopping experience.

It was my first time in BoxLunch. Everyone was kind and chatted with us about our interests while helping us get things to buy. The shop is wheelchair accessible.

Livi & her Manager (Sorry, forgot your name but thats on me) are amazing! Stopped in to check out the sweet merch but saw they had custom made mystery bags and had to get one. Great place would return because of the friendly and helpful people working there. 10/10

The girls at the store were nice and helpful. They allow you to browse around, take your time and will be happy to help you if you need assistance.

The employees helped us locate something we couldn't find since the store got rearranged.. very polite and the collection of bags in this store is more than perfect. So many choices and all are amazing!

It has so many types of fandom items, ranging from snacks, hoodies, ramen bowl sets and more. This place is absolutely amazing and has different things like, Anime, Disney, cartoons, famous shows, famous movies etc.! I absolutely adored this place and 100% recommend going here! <3

One of my favorite stores! Great products & pleasant staff!! Anytime I'm in the store I'm probably there for at least an hour browsing!! The displays they make are really beautiful too!
